Wendy's — Restaurant in Henderson

I dont know if it was just this one particular time or what but my drive through experience was pretty terrible when we had already placed our order and had gotten to the window to pay my GF wanted to change her order from the 10 pc spicy nugget (mind you is now 4.99 just for the nuggies) to just a 5 dollar biggie bag so after all said an done paying for our order....20 to 25 minuets goes by theres not a employee anywhere to be found they didnt give or offer us our drinks/frostys before hand and pretty sure they wherent even large like we had ordered well when i was about to have the final straw finally one employee emerges from the mists of avalon with 2 bags of food she then proceeds to hand us the food and says have a nice day totally forgetting the frostys and drink still which i never even seen get made to try and rush us off cause there drive through was getting backed up so we asked for our drinks and frostys a 2nd time by this point to finally get them melted and barely even cold. ice in the lemonade was melted so all that time sitting an waiting only to end up with not fresh food and not even cold drinks an we even switched our order at the window so the biggie bag should have been all fresh but it wasnt and my spicy 10 pc wasnt fresh just a absolutely horrible time this go around at this wendys location would definitely recommend trying another one first before this one again. Oh and they are no longer serving vanilla frostys of any kind or size only strawberry...

I knew I shouldn’t have wasted my time coming to this Wendy’s at this time knowing that the food just sits there when it’s later and the employees will still sell you that bs. Which sucks for the rest of us counting on eating something after a long day at work.

I spent $8.43 of my hard earned money around 9:33 pm today on a chili and potato. When I got to the drive thru first thing I asked was “were there any FRESH” baked potatoes because we all know Wendy’s potatoes are super nasty when not fresh. I asked again when I got to window they said it was the guy told me to even take a look thank God I did because it was brown soaggy and smelled old. I politely told him it’s not fresh enough for me to refund my money. He grabs the manager who tries to convince me it’s fresh and I told her I didn’t want it she then said she can’t refund my money because their WiFi isn’t working . I have never heard of such a thing and am extremely annoyed that they played with my time money and appetite.

Please train your employees and so called managers if they will be working a drive thru fast food, at least give people what they are paying for. Not whatever you feel like they should be okay with . I worked at Wendy’s for 2 years in my lifetime I would have never treated people the way they treated me then the manager had the nerve to call me a b world. I can tell they hate their jobs which sucks for us consumers who just want some food after our long...

DON'T GO HERE. JUST DON'T. Roaches! I rarely give bad reviews, just letting businesses go their way into oblivion. Unfortunately, this place deserves the worst review I've given in Nevada so far. Corporate really needs to take control. Cashier put in our order wrong. Even though you read it back correctly to us and we got two of the exact same meals. He denied it and wouldn't be bothered.

I searched in vain for several minutes looking for a clean table. There was no one even eating there. One lady was doing all the work. My son stood at the counter calling to worker because employee had air pods in and was eating/packing up his own food. Can't tell you how unfocused and dismissive employees were. Feeding themselves, feeding homeless people that wandered in and sat nearby with pants sagging, butt showing while I tried to eat. I guess I'm just too nice to request refund. I'm all for supporting homeless, but this was nasty.

Then, to top it off when they set my tray down a cute baby ROACH crawled out from underneath the tray, lady came up and stared at it, wiped it off dismissively into her rag as if she done it a million times before. If there is one roach there...
