Wendy's — Restaurant in Henderson

So I just got off of work and went through the drive-through young lady took my order and I live a couple blocks down so they messed it up like they usually do so I called her and told her that I ordered just meat and cheese. My sons, don’t eat the condiments they’re allergic to ketchup so she says that she doesn’t work at that store. Her name is Gail. Supposedly she wrote my name down and I totally forgot about it to pick up the order again I was looking through my phone I called the manager. His name is Chris. He supposedly says he’s the general manager, the most rudest person ever just on the start of the phone call I asked him how are you? He said can I help you can I help you? I had no intentions of even trying to help. This is not the first time just several times they keep messing up orders and then they pretend that oh no we can’t we can’t help we can’t do anything. I’m so tired...

Drive thru comparison of the 3.99 single burger and the 3.29 value menu double stack. Double stack was first up, it was perfectly and freshly assembled and exactly what the customer wants to see. But it was cold. Not even able to feel warmth thru the wrapper at all, room temp, not food safe temps. Next up was the 3.99 Single burger. It was warm as I could feel it thru the wrapper. Upon open I laid eyes upon the saddest smashed flat excuse of a burger. Looked and tasted like it had been made hours before, physically smashed(bun and all) and then reheated. Beef was super dry, onions were super soft with no crunch, bun was probably less than 3/8” thick on either side. Today the value menu double stack won, even though it was room temp, it wasn’t smashed and the entire burger wasn’t microwaved...

They had to get my receipt because they said my order was not on the screen . I watched every one who came in after me get their food and sit down and eat. I then became irritated and asked to make my food to go . After asking for my food to go the guy in the blue shirt they said his name was Joshua (the manager in the blue shirt wearing the air pod)locked the main door on the side my car was on and I had to walk with my 2 and 7 year old on the side where the drive through is . After he looked the door he was joking and calling everyone “bafoons”.Then I get home and I’m missing a frie and the lettuce on my sandwich was old . I ordered my food at 7:37pm and I only live 10 min away . I didn’t get home until 8:30pm This place is the absolute worst place I ever been...
