Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Hendersonville

I just wanna give a shoutout to this store. I appreciate the entire team specifically the night shift team. The food is consistently awesome, and the one delivery guy that always comes through at 10pm or later at night is the most courteous of delivery guys I have met, and I've been in the delivery business myself back in the day, so I get the late night requests. He comes on time and is very respectful. And the team that makes the pies..yall have always met expectations! Please never change cuz yall never disappoint. I've been ordering the last 3 or 4 months. I make my own pizzas as my go to, but when I'm lazy I always hit yall up cuz I know I'll always get a great product! I usually order from domino's because their prices are decent to have some pizza delivered but tonight for some reason Domino's couldn't make pizza or any other food tonight Which I guess it doesn't really matter because they always mess something up and after looking at Google I come across this place and I remember someone tell me it was a good place so I decided to give them a try after I placed the order I was about to cancel the order because it was 10 o'clock I'm ready for bed but let me just go and tell you I'm glad I didn't cancel Probably ordered twice as much food from this place versus what I order from domino's and spent half the money that I would have at domino's and nothing was messed up and the food tasted great. I ordered at 6 p.m. for delivery and we are 5 minutes from the store. After an hour of waiting we called and the person reported that they did not have our order in the system. I gave them the order confirmation number that I had, my cell phone number, and informed them that the money have been received out of my account. The manager on duty did not realize that the worker did not mute the phone and we could hear her talking in the background saying that we did not pay. In addition whenever my fiance went to pick up the food he was treated like we did not believe him after showing them the receipt. We were also told to wait an additional 25 minutes before coming to pick up the pizza. He waited that long and it is now 8 and he is still sitting at the store waiting...
