LONG MESSAGE ALERT
This rating is for food delivery drivers, especially if contracted with DoorDash. During peak lunch (11 - 2pm) and/or dinner (4 - 7pm), Jersey Mike’s Sub in Hendersonville are very slow. Granted, I was deliver for DoorDash during the lunch rush but there were 5 employees.
For most the part everyone was working, I even noticed the rotation from Cashier, Grill Workers (at least 2 working the grill), “Cold Sub Workers” again at least 2 working of two cold sub workers one of them took the next order.
The point is from a patron perspective of the restaurant Jersey Mike’s that day was fully staff for the lunch rush.
My disappointment is that I had to wait over 30 minutes to received 2 order I had to deliver for DoorDash customers. I received the first order within 10 mins or so.When I received the first order (Eric) I told the employee “I have another order (Clint).” The employee told me “it will be just a moment,” so I waiting with understanding it’s peak lunchtime.
(And let me say this, upon arrival I told the cashier at the time I’m here for 2 DoorDash orders Eric and Clint).
(Back to my experienced) So after 2 lunch rushes (about 5-6 patrons each rush). A different employee noticed I was still waiting, so he asked “what order are you waiting for…” I told him “Clint”. At this point I felt obligated to delivery the customers food. So, the same employee who asked me “who’s order I was still waiting for,” began make Clint order I presumed.
BUT TO MY SURPRISED I WAS STILL WAITING!
So the same employee that I believed made Clint order SAW ME again siting down asked more time “who’s …” I said the name again. Employee walk over where the pick-up orders/ mobile orders looking for Clint order and it was there. He then said to his co-worker:
“I NEED FOR YALL TO CALL THE NAMES OF ORDERS”
I got Clint order and delivery both Eric and Clint.
To Jersey Mike’s management & employees in Hendersonville (W Main St), I should not know that y’all rotate assignments (cashier, grill, cold worker) for only being twice. First time I placed a order for myself (I did not know y’all rotate)...

I am convinced you couldn’t pay the band of teenagers running this location any amount of money to be half way decent human beings. Every time I have placed orders online they prioritize the walk ins & I have literally waited 60+ minutes to get my order. My husband & I have learned just to walk in & order if we don’t want to spend all day waiting for our food.
We walked in this afternoon & placed our order. We both ordered hot subs. The girl with blue hair working the grill starts cooking her food that she brought from home on the grill. 10 minutes after we placed our order she finally throws down our meat. All the workers were complaining about a customer trying to use a gift card. After 10 more minutes the girl with blue hair takes off her gloves & walks to the back. Our food is just sitting on the grill BURNING. After 5 minutes go by she comes back to the front & completely ignores our food sitting on the grill. She grabs the spatula & starts preparing her lunch. My husband & I had to walk out.
We drove down the street to the Gallatin location where they were nothing but a 10 out of 10 crew. The Hendersonville employees can take notes from the Gallatin crew from professionalism to customer service. We agreed the Gallatin location gave us the best sub we have ever got from a...

And I eat here very often couple time a week However this past year every time I order the same thing The club sub which comes with Turkey+Ham+Bacon+Cheese+Onion+Mayo I order this sandwich mikes way and add pickles every time. Every time my husband comes in to get this he has to watch the workers like a hawk now because several times he has gotten home and their is no Bacon Andy added pickles not o. There. Tonight they didn’t add the bacon Mayo or pickles and he had to ask the employee again to make sure this was added. He thought the guy was doing this after being asked twice. He gets home with my sandwich and luckily the bacon is there but not my pickles this time. The menu calls for all of this except the pickles. It’s not rocket science to add what comes onto a sandwich. The food is fabulous!! However please train the employees better so I don’t have to find another sandwich shop to spend my hard earned money at.
