I love jimmy johns with my whole heart.its my favorite place to eat like if i was a celeb i would be sponsored by them.at least once 1-2 weeks i eat there and i usually have 5 star in every category…but this one time literally traumatized me. This is the only location i go to and i usually order online and pick it up but this time i didn’t. my mother was running errands and decided to get me food there she said that she’s never seen the worker before and assumed that he was new, which would make sense because he was “awkward” towards her. when she came home i immediately saw something wrong the size of my drink… it was a reg when it was supposed to be a large…she said the worker stated there was only one size but i know for a fact that’s false. anywho when she pulled out the sandwich’s from the bag i knew instantly that they were to bulky to be my order, im a teen girl…im gonna know if my food is wrong…i opened the sandwiches and they have tomatoes onions and cucumbers, i had to pick them off while trying not to have a nervous breakdown and it was hard finding the onions in the lettuce because they look the same, also the tomatoes left tomato juice soaked into the bread so i could still taste it. my order is not hard at all…its turkey tom, remove tomato, add pickles, oil and vinegar, and cheese. YOU HAVE TO BE RETARDED TO MESS THAT UP. if you forget the order THAN GO LOOK AT IT. what if i was allergic to onions or tomatoes I WOULDVE DIED. and if he was a new worker he should be supervised. also he cut the sandwich like a weirdo, like why are you assuming i’m not gonna eat the whole thing. i will be suing for emotional trauma. thank you for coming to...
Read moreFor about a month every time we try to call in they never answer their phone love their sandwiches but lately are sandwiches. are wrong so I go to call them they still never answer their phone I usually order on line but when they have a notice in red saying no on line order to call in well you call no answer one time we kept calling still no answer well we ordered last time and our sandwiches were made all wrong so tried to call of course no answer so last night I wrote on a paper every thing that was wrong the last time and what we would like our Oder free well they wouldn’t do it as it was not reported he asked them why they don’t answer their phone they said their phones were broke so when he got home and told me I called from 6 pm (having been manager in fast food myself I know how things run) so I knew someone would answer just before closing I talked to. the manager she was very rude to me and I told her I felt we should of had our order free she said no that I had to report it so it’s on the computer I said how can I when you don’t answer your phone I asked her what her name was and she said she would not give it to me oh yeah I told her our order tonight was wrong so I told her I was going to call corporate and said goodnight and hung...
Read moreWent here yesterday and man! Everyone working here seemed so angry and miserable. Looked like everyone there just got out of a big fight or serious talk. As I stood at the register ready to order I felt like everyone behind the counter ignored me for a bit. Girl sweeping just started at me not saying welcome or someone will be right with you. A guy came up with a very straight face and was like 'Can I help you' - Ofcourse I'm there to be helped! I'm there to order a sandwich. Almost felt like I was a nuisance at that time. Great customer service would have been him approaching with a smile and ask me 'are you ready to order or what would you like to order'. And end with a thank you. And then the guy seemed more annoyed when I asked for a napkin that wasn't by the tea's with his sarcastic answer. Customer service with miserable employees can be a big turn down to ever return.
