Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Hendersonville

I order here regularly. The food is okay when the workers aren't playing around. I always tipped 1 girl at the register thinking it went to her because every time i see her she has a smile and I've observed her do her best around other employees who stand around chat and even providing good service to upset customers who have yelled at her over hot n ready food because of the other employees too busy playing around to work.

I'm always having to wait over a hour for my pizza one time i observed her hop to the oven and pull out pizzas in a lightning fast manner she cut everyone's wait time in half now thats working for your money why isn't she a manager? she definitely knows what shes doing.

Yesterday i once again observed the same short chubby guy berate her even more and she blew a fuse saying I don't come to work for drama saying the guy makes her want to quit so now im writing this review because allowing a employee to harass a disabled person into wanting to quit offends me and i dont feel like waiting a hr for cold food if the employer allows this. Yes COLD food! Where is their manager?

By the way i left a $100 tip at her car yesterday because of that.

I've also observed her more than once getting harassed by the same employee and others berating her about physical limitations i over herd her saying shes got spinal problems .

Last time i was here the same guy kept coming up to stand beside her same guy i seen before he was again berating her and trying to undermine her and i could tell she was getting stressed out.

I walked out the door i had planned to order for a large dinner party worth $600 for the next day but i took my money elsewhere instead.

My sister has back problems and I'm offended by this so i tried to leave her a $20 tip once and i asked it she gets it. She said no we have tip sharing and i walked out with my $20.

I remembered her saying something about her car in the past so when i saw her car i dropped the $20 inside the plexiglass.

With everything I've seen her put up with from other employees in the past months she deserves it she's got the patience of a saint to get constantly berated by other employees and still be civil and come into work at this place.

Honestly every time i come here and observe her getting berated and still doing her job I'm going to leave another $20 tip at her car because if it was me i would of lost it and i respect her for that.

for months her smile and cheerful demeanor was the highlight of my day now i dont see her smile. People don't realize how much a cheerful attitude and a smile can impact someone else's day.

Edit: well i saw the woman at the gas station today and she told me they changed policies on her in order to make her look bad and used her health conditions against her so little cesars lost my business my families business and my friends business because what they did is just wrong and taking advantage of the mentality challenged... my daughter is autistic and what little cesars did to this woman hits close to home

So from what i have observed in their lobby and herd from multiple employees dont work here if you are disabled in any way and dont buy food here if you disagree with employers harassing and or firing disabled employees or allowing management to take advantage of mentality...

The food is always old or cold or just nothing in the hotbox i ordered the calzonie and a few other items and when i got here to pick the food up they took it from a shelf where apparently it had been sitting since it was done cooking.

Their new cashier doesnt know how to take an order liked the other lady better at least she got me out the door at a decent time.

Ive come here multiple times to wait an hour for my food while i watch pizzas almost falling out of their ovens and on multiple occasions some angry little dude by the ovens commenting on how he doesnt care about making the food correctly.

If i want a cold 2 liter of Pepsi I'm better off going to a convenience store. They never wash their hands and some guy in a button down i guess from corporate has been here i guess to fix the store but he is doing a slack job. Their service fluctuates from really bad to ok then back to really bad constantly. Just shut the store down already all of hendo is sick of this place.

I herd they have had employees quitting left and right over policy changes and drama and i also herd that their new gm had allowed someone to bully a female worker who was autistic into multiple breakdowns then fired her for complaining about it after using her autism against her.

I guess drama and conflict matters more to upper management than providing customers with a good experience i knew that woman from 7 years ago when she delivered for marcos she was my favorite driver

And the old gm was more active with customers and employees the new one gives my teenage daughter creep vibes and cant be bothered by employees when they ask for help and lets a short bossy dude run the show

I see now why every time i buy food here its cold or horrible it will be a long time before i give any little cesars my business this place is a disaster every time i come in.

I will go back to ordering my pizza for delivery somewhere else if i have to wait an hour for my food i might as well not waste my gas and time on this place and at least i know who my tip is going to if i order delivery (yes i herd about that the whole town has) the woman yall did dirty knows more locals than you think she does. I think her real problem was that she had outshined the wrong employees while working here and they wanted her gone because of it and i told her that and explained its a common problem in any job if you outshine a company favorite or a manager they give you the boot using anything they can i told her thats why little cesars has kept the ones who dont work and just goof around i think she...

Every time i come here i have to wait over an hour for my food and almost every time i finally got it my food was cold. They seem to have a high rate of revolving door which tells me this stores problems are in upper management. Every time I'm here waiting on my food i observe employees playing around instead of working i herd one guy in the back talking about how they have no hot water to wash hands with on multiple occasions, and i never see employees wash their hands or hear while waiting. Apparently corporate was supposed to fix this store but it's only gotten worse i asked my cashier 4 weeks ago if she gets 100% of her tips she said no so i stopped tipping here.

I ran into the same cashier tonight at a store and asked her how she's doing i was told exactly how management runs this place and i disagree with how things are run. Considering fact that upper management seems to be the reason I'm always getting cold food and waiting a long time you all want to bully disabled employees you all make me sick i will never give my money to any little cesars again and I'm spreading the word.

Making fun of people for their health is appauling i had a stroke last year and sometimes have trouble with speech so will the people here make fun of me for ordering my pizza? My son has lower functioning autism so i will NEVER let him work here or at any little cesars you all should be ashamed of yourselves I'll go to papa johns from now on as we like to say in the south yall need jesus bunch of sorry lower than low people here. And the owner allows things like this?

Every time i came in some big short angry guy was talking about how he doesn't care about customers pizza well i dont care for this company and how things are run.

I'm sure their customers matter as much to them as much as their employees do. Corporate needs to just shut it all down and never work with this franchisee again the franchisee and management have been running the place...
