You can't go inside. Call to order. Their website is down, so you have to go in person to see a menu. I also posted pictures of the menu. Cross fingers it doesn't change soon.
I went a little bonkers with the photos. Sometimes food looks better plated. Sometimes it's good straight out of the container. 🤷
Pork egg foo young: 4/5 The omelettes were tasty but under-seasoned on their own, requiring the sauce. The sauce made the omelettes infinitely tastier, but wasn't the gravy I'm used to. Sweet & sour chicken: 4/5 The sauce was really good. It wasn't cloyingly sweet. The breading was solid. Shrimp chow mein: 4/5 The shrimp was well cooked, plenty of veggies, just a tad bland. Veggie fried rice: 4/5 I'm used to egg in fried rice rice, which this was missing (possibly because veggie?) but still tasty. Fortune cookie: 5/5 Solid cookie.
The guy at the window was friendly, the food was well-packed to go, the turnaround was quick (10-20 minute wait).
I don't know if I'll crave this enough to make the 30 minute drive, but if this was closer it would definitely be...
Read moreUNLISTED ALLERGEN ALERT!!!!!!!!! Don’t get me wrong we love their food BUT that’s not what this review is about. This is about the fact that they use peanuts and have no signs on the menu or the building stating peanuts are in use. I get the same three things every time I go so I never realized they had items with peanuts in them in the restaurant until my 1 year old daughter by just being inside the restaurant waiting on our food started turning red and puffy. They’re also breaking federal law based on my research by not listing the use of peanuts. Again the food is great, the service is average for the area which means they’re not very friendly but I’ve become use to that in this area but the fact that they don’t disclose the use of peanuts in their restaurant is something I can’t overlook. They will end up killing someone, especially someone new to the...
Read moreI’ve been going to Kins Kitchen for at least 14 years, minimum once a month, and they’ve always been very consistent in their quality. The food has always been top notch, the entire restaurant is very clean and the owner very clearly takes pride in his restaurant. He’s given me free drinks, ragoons and donuts on my bigger orders. The fact that they still put out such great food without raising their prices much, if at all shows how much they care about their customers. With how frequently I eat there I’ve never once had any issues. I’ve traveled all across the country and I can confidently say Kins will always be my favorite take out restaurant and I hope they’ll be around for many more years. I’ve probably had almost everything on their menu at this point and have never been...
