This review is from January 2018. We ordered multiple burgers, two had bites taken out of them from the kitchen and our two plain burgers had every ingredient in the kitchen on them. This is how we opened the burgers at home in the pictures. These are two different burgers. I informed the manager and told her I wanted the regional manager number. She told me to call the 800 number and I said fine, it's either that or Facebook. She took my number and had a general manager call me. I told her and sent the pics, she then informed me someone from corporate world be in touch. Well, corporate called and tried to convince me they were not bites.... Well, I wasn't biting on that excuse. Then she said their insurance would contact me. He called one time, I attempted to return his call no less than 20 times and left as many voice mail messages with no response and never an answered phone.... So guess what Wendy's, if you don't care about your reputation then neither do I. So beware of this location and look under the bun!!! You might be surprised. On a side note when I returned that day the "cook" and I use that term very generously looked like a crack head and was wearing a filthy ball cap....
Read moreYou guys should really turn the mobile ordering on the app off if you’re going to close early. Google, the Facebook page, AND Wendy’s app all say this location closes at midnight. I placed an order on the app and pulled into the Wendy’s drive thru at 11:00pm on the dot. Wasted 20 minutes driving to Wendy’s and wasted another 20 going home with no food. Even more irritating when you pull in to go to the drive thru and see two workers just staring at you from the dining room inside. When I pulled up to the drive thru I didn’t even want my mobile order anymore, as I could tell the employees looking at me from the windows were the only ones left and I knew no one was going to make the food. I just wanted someone to tell me what to do about my mobile order that had already taken the money out of my account. But of course, no one answered me at the drive thru like I assumed would happen. Would’ve even be happy with a “Hi we’re closed” so I could explain my situation to an employee and get an answer on what to do. I understand having to close early because of being understaffed, but this is ridiculous. Maybe consider changing your hours on all platforms, since you’re pretty much never open...
Read moreThis is honestly the worst service I’ve ever received in Hendersonville. The food itself is alright, if they can even manage to get it right. Every time I’ve come here they always manage to mess it up. Tonight’s lovely, and final, mistake was that the GRILLED chicken sandwich I ordered, I was sent fried. I asked for no tomato and to add pickle. There was no pickle with a fat piece of tomato. I’m very glad I checked first cause I’m allergic to tomato’s. I asked for unsalted fries and was sent with old, very salty fries. The potato wasn’t even fully cooked. The ranch wasn’t in the bag like I asked and the chicken is hold and hard. Everytime I go here the young drive through lady is always weird and makes me and my friend super uncomfortable.
