Do not trust the employees there. My mom and i were the only 2 in the resturant tonight 7/7/19 at 1036pm. My mom and i ordered food, paid with cash and then I went to the restroom. When we were leaving i realized i had forgotten my wallet which had cash and all my cards. We went back to get it and guess what!!!! One of the employees stole the money out of my wallet. Seriously! Its sad that their employees have to stoop that low and can't be trusted. Makes me wonder how many other people that employee has stolen from or how much the employee has stolen from the company its self. I will not support this McD's again. They should really be watching the kind of people they hire. The manager on night crew was not helpful at all in finding out why my money was stolen. No matter what McDonald's I go to, I typically find an issue with something. This one particular order I made on Sunday the 20th of August 2023, I ordered through the app. I order through the app a lot, so that I can earn points. When I ordered I figured I could go through the drive up window. I was not given an option whether or not I wanted it as a drive up, in the store or anything else. So I drove up to the window. I gave them my order number and they couldn't find it. I was miffed. They asked me to go inside. All of a sudden they have my order number. It was happenstancially placed as a pickup in the store. I did not do that. I had no option otherwise. Typically, I have something wrong with my order due to human error. This time it was the application on my phone.
