After discovering gluten and dairy intolerances in 2020, the search for delicious baked goods and ice cream felt impossible. Most baked goods were dry, crumbly, and flavorless, while the ice cream options were either watery or dairy-free but included gluten mix-ins. I would rather opt for no dessert when I go out to eat knowing that I have a pint of ice cream or an ice cream pie at home to dig into. Olivia is truly a wizard when it comes to making vegan ice cream. I was brought here a couple months ago by a friend. I knew nothing about this shop and I was completely blown away. The flavors are incredibly unique and each one tastes so good. I highly recommend you try as many flavors as possible when you go because she does so well making each one. (Her experience shines through!!) Even if you have preferences with specific flavors, these flavors can definitely convince you to stray from your norm.
