The bagels here are NOT Einstein Bagels. I have no idea how they make them, or where they get them, but they are absolutely not the same bagels that I have gotten at every other Einstein location. These bagels were flavorless, stale, small, terrible consistency, and seemed like very low quality frozen or store bought bagels. They didn’t even have the cornmeal (?) on the bottom of the bagel like they usually do. Some of the blueberry pieces were hard, and almost crunchy. The poppy seeds covered every square inch of the tops of the bagels, and were barely attached to the bread, making them very, very messy to eat, as seeds got everywhere. I’d honestly have preferred the cheapest bag of bagels from the grocery store, which is not something I’d ever say after visiting any other Einstein location. I actively avoid store bought bagels because Einstein bagels are so much better, but I guess Einstein bagels cannot be found at this Einstein location. I still have half a dozen bagels in my freezer that I don’t even want to eat, they were so bad.
I will say, however, the staff was nice, and I got through the drive through quickly. I was there near closing time, so they weren’t very busy, and it only took a few minutes. I really wish more Einstein locations had a drive through, so it’s disappointing that this one has a drive through, but lacks authentic Einstein bagels. I only went once, so it’s possible this was somehow a one time fluke, but I don’t really want to return and risk getting bagels that are not really Einstein bagels again. I’ll just continue getting my bagels at the Orem location when I happen to be in that area, even though that location is much further...
Read moreServing FROZEN “ROCK HARD” BAGELS! Do Not Eat Here! I started Going here weekly to get a Bagel Box 🥯 with Spreads. I would take it every week to a Cute Family that is going through cancer. I went in one morning and ordered my box. They were out of most the bagels. The Girl said I can go back and make you some. I was thinking they had just come out of the Oven. Nope the FREEZER! She said they just microwave them. When I realize they were all cut in half I say I didn’t want them cut. No one had ever done that. She says we always do. I said I don’t like them like that because they dry out. She then says don’t you know anything about our bagels? They turn Rock Hard hours after buying them. They are meant to be eaten within the hour or go hard as a rock. Yeah I guess that makes sense because they are FROZEN. What is weird is I thought their bagels tasted gross when they opened I just thought maybe they were working on the recipes because they were a New location. Once again another Scam Business. We will never go back to Einsteins. Also before the Owner tells me to e-mail. I did several times and never once heard back. Maybe go spend a day in your own store and see how bad and...
Read moreWe were so excited to have an Einstein close but this place needs help. We've gone multiple times thinking it was just a busy day for them, but they can't function. Susan is one the rudest people and has no idea what she's doing. She does the cash drawer and then gets people food from the display, no gloves. That's while we watch her long nails sink into the pastries she bags for the customers. Gross you guys. She also doesn't even know what's on the menu. We asked for the "Cinnamon Bliss Roll" and she said, "I don't know what that is." Ya'll, here's a picture for you from your store. Online orders say they'll be ready in 20 minutes but it's usually over an hour and then orders aren't right, food is missing, bagels are hard, and some food is totally stale. We went on 09/23/23 in the morning. Susan was a jerk as usual. Marissa is the only nice person there. Not going back until it's changed. Susan may need to find a more suitable job for her personality. And maybe wear gloves when you prep food after...
