Brooker’s Founding Flavors Ice Cream in Herriman, UT, based on the information from the search results: Brooker’s Founding Flavors Ice Cream, Herriman UT: Where History Churns and Taste Buds Revolt If you thought the American Revolution was all about tea parties and powdered wigs, think again—Brooker’s Founding Flavors Ice Cream in Herriman is proving that the real battle cry should be “Give me liberty, or give me death by chocolate!” Nestled at 11953 Herriman Main St, this ice cream parlor is a deliciously patriotic mashup of super-premium scoops and Revolutionary War nostalgia, and it’s as addictive as a midnight ride from Paul Revere himself. The vibe here is pure 1776 chic: staff in tricorn hats, rustic decor that screams “colonial tavern,” and ice cream flavors named after Founding Fathers that’ll make you pledge allegiance to your spoon. I sampled Patrick Henry’s “Give Me Chocolate or Give Me Death,” a rich, fudge-filled rebellion against bland desserts, and John Adams’ “Oh My Ooey Gooey Butter Cake,” which is less a flavor and more a declaration of independence from willpower. With 32 flavors (yes, I counted), choosing is like picking sides in a constitutional convention—impossible, but oh so satisfying. The ice cream itself is the real MVP, crafted with fresh, local ingredients and a “super premium” creaminess that could convince even Thomas Jefferson to trade in his quill for a waffle cone. The theme might be a bit over-the-top for some (do we really need to know Aaron Burr’s heart was as black as his vanilla?), but it’s hard not to get swept up in the charm. Plus, the staff is friendly enough to make you forget you’re eating dessert in what feels like a history textbook. Pro tip: Skip the Liberty Bell Monumental Sundae challenge unless you’ve got the stomach of a Continental Army soldier and the speed of a minuteman—13 scoops for $76 is a noble cause, but the current record of 11 minutes and 29 seconds is a tall order (and a potential stomachache). Stick to the Boston Massacre sundae for a patriotically delicious mix of Speculoos and butter cake that won’t require a nap afterward. Prices are steep, but the quality and novelty justify it—think of it as investing in your daily dose of freedom. They offer takeout, delivery, and even vegan options, so whether you’re lactose intolerant or just liberty-intolerant, there’s something here for you. Open Monday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. (closed Sundays, presumably to rest after fighting the good fight), it’s the perfect spot for a historical sugar high. In short, Brooker’s Founding Flavors isn’t just ice cream—it’s a revolutionary experience. Just don’t blame me if you start reciting the Declaration of Independence while licking your cone. Four stars, because even the best revolutions have room for...

Brooker’s Founding Flavors Ice Cream is a Amazing, perfect for anyone who loves great ice cream and friendly service. During my recent visit, Ari made my experience fantastic. As soon as I walked in, Ari greeted myself warmly and helped me choose from their amazing selection of homemade flavors. She patiently described each option and even offered me some her favorite flavor samples to taste. Ari’s attention to detail was impressive. She carefully prepared our cones with precision, ensuring each scoop was perfect. Her friendly demeanor made me feel very welcome and added a personal touch to our visit. The ice cream itself was fantastic—creamy, flavorful, and made with top-notch ingredients. Whether you prefer classic flavors or something more adventurous, Brooker’s has something for everyone. The cozy atmosphere of the store added to the charm. It’s a great spot to relax with friends or treat yourself to a delicious dessert. Overall, Brooker’s Founding Flavors Ice Cream exceeded My expectations, thanks in large part to Ari’s exceptional service. They made our visit memorable and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place with great ice cream and a welcoming vibe, this is it. We can’t wait to go back and try...

It all started one dark and stormy night. I was driving down a dark road, and it was storming. Thunder crashed outside the dark windows, as the storm raged on. Suddenly, out of the dark of the stormy night, a massive wave of torrential water came smashing down on my car. Spiraling like a yoyo just wound out, the car went careening off the wet road. CRASH! Rocks. But the stormy waves kept coming. Not even the dark road could hold back the brook that had overbabbled so bad. I tried to release myself from my soon to be tin coffin, but the brook held back the doors, slowly seeping in; slowly wishing I was but a part of the dark storm. But it was not to be. Suddenly, right as lighting flashed ominously in the background, the roof of my recently wrecked red rover was righteously ripped open! There, only illuminated by the storm in the dark night, stood two workers. They hoisted me out with incredible customer service. "Who are you?" I shouted as best i could over the dark and stormy background. Emma and Allison said nothing. Then they spoke. "Fear not of the brook, handsome man. For we are - lightning...

We love this place! Great ice cream flavors and the names of the flavors are fun! As a history nerd the names are quit hilarious! I would totally recommend this place! Even if you don't know the history the names will spark some curiosity. We have some one who is dairy free so they got the "give me chocolate or give me death " And it had coconut based milk product and it was awesome🤤. I got the "constitutional crunch" with the "John Jays Louisiana purchase". They both were really good. However the constitutional crunch had way too many toppings in it. I like to enjoy my ice cream and it just had way too much going on. Something to consider but other than that people loved what they got and enjoyed it! The atmosphere was great. Plenty of seating and a "stocks"which the kids really enjoyed getting put in there! Check out the pictures! Even the servers were dressed in that time frame and were very friendly and helpful. Especially with our large group. Even the signs were awesome and decorated to the 1700 style😃. Highly recommended and will go back.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting an ice cream shop and was blown away by the outstanding service provided by one of the employees, Braxton. From the moment I walked in, Braxton greeted me with a warm smile and was more than happy to assist me with my order. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the flavors and was able to make some excellent recommendations. His customer service was top-notch and he went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. He made sure my ice cream was packed properly and even offered me some toppings on the house. Braxton's enthusiasm and passion for his job was evident and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. He truly deserves a huge raise for his hard work and dedication. I will definitely be returning to this ice cream shop in the future and hope to be served by Braxton again. I highly recommend this shop and Braxton's service to anyone looking for a great ice cream experience.

Before we visited here, to be honest I was skeptical. I am pretty picky about my ice cream. And some places have ice cream that is too thick for me. But this was so so good! The prices were pretty expensive though. I knew that before going. We had a gift card or else we would probably not have ever ventured to go there. Our gift card of $25 did not cover the ice cream cones/bowls for 2 adults and 3 little kids. Yikes. But man it was tasty. I had a chocolate hazelnut flavor. All of the flavors are named a fancy name from the colonial era, which matches the theme of the entire place. The workers are also dressed up (although I expected more elaborate costumes based on the image I had created in my mind before we went, from what I had heard from others). The garbage cans, signs, and and decor all matched the theme. I give 5 stars for the taste. But 4 stars because of the price. It was a fun family outing though, for sure!!
