Panda Express — Restaurant in Herriman

Let me tell you how frustrating my interaction with this location has been. Ordered food on Sunday and they handed me cold food and the smallest portion I’ve ever seen at a Panda after 10-15 minutes of waiting in drive thru. I asked for the receipt multiple times when I paid and when we left, we realized they didn’t give receipt in the bag nor did they give us hot meals. I returned for a refund to give them back the cold meals. Since they didn’t give me a receipt, they kept offering their Free plate and a soda because they are supposed to give you the receipt and they wouldn’t even listen when I told them I don’t want anything free, just give me my money back. They had us wait another 45 minutes to figure out how to print a receipt. Unbelievable! It’s been 2 days since I asked for a receipt and a refund from their manager. I still haven’t heard back. Ordering from a fast food shouldn’t cause this much trouble. DON’T GO HERE! Support local businesses if you’re craving Chinese food. Not worth your...

I ordered 4 plates for delivery directly from the panda express website and waited for over an hour. I kept seeing that we had different dashers take the order and then drop it. After an hour i finally called delivery support to see what was going on because i assumed maybe they were making food to accommodate my order. The store gave my order to someone else so when my dashers would get to the store they didnt have any food to provide for them even though it was the store’s mistake for giving my order to the wrong person. So if i never called delivery support we were gonna wait all night for the food? They didnt even bother to contact me and they were just leaving my order in a loop. Again, i ordered directly through them so this was not doordash’s fault. Now here i am almost 2 hours later with no food for my family all because the store messed up and didnt bother to fix it. We left feeling weird, like Jackie Chan was hunting us from afar. Just kidding, he was tailgating us on the way home, in a geometro gaining speed and ready to murder us! Luckily, we made it home unscathed.
