Chef Vipul catered our office holiday party at our home, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice to use Bala Saahas! We opted for traditional American selections and were so impressed with the creativity and flavor profiles incorporated into each dish. The butternut squash soup is the best we’ve ever tasted! Also recommend the homemade dips - fresh hummus, buffalo chicken and bacon, sun dried tomato, and spinach artichoke - all so very delicious…and the Cajun Turkey Sammies and the Spinach Mushroom and Beef lasagna, too! The overall crowd favorite was the raspberry rosemary and goat cheese puffs. Looking forward to our next opportunity to use Chef Vipul and enjoy more of his exceptional cuisine! Bala Saahas is not catering, its an experience which once you have experienced you will not like to go back. We catered lunch and dinner for around 150 people and their place where they make food at is around 40 miles away but to give a fresh, warm experience they delivered the food twice and helped us take care of the guests as well so that everyone got warm food.

Food is made of highest quality ingredients and they can prepare the food as per your needs. They also based on the number of guests suggest you different options for menu. Highlights of the food we catered was Chole, Kulcha, Paneer and Kheer.
