I’m not a type of person to write reviews, but I am really frustrated by the service here. Food was good but it’s important to have good service. I really didn’t appreciate how one of the lady’s tone was. I felt honestly she was rude for no reason. The employee was not just rude to me but also to my aunt. My aunt asked about a simple question about the strawberry topping and she responded very rudely. Right after I approached and ask “ could you Wait a minute for my order.” I assumed it was open since there was people there and the door was open. She responded so rudely and I felt her tone was very unfriendly and said we’re closing in a way I feel it’s targeting. Another thing was in the middle of our convo the employee slammed the door and put the closing sign in our face aggressively. I felt honestly very uncomfortable with the way her tone was. I did not expect this since the park is very friendly and this type of behavior was emotionally disturbing in a place where fun and excitement SUPOOSED to happen.i don’t remember her name but she was wearing a bun...

It was crispy yet soft, the strawberry topping was delicious, the cake itself was the perfect size for splitting, and it melted in your mouth. However, although the food was amazing, the customer service was the worst. The woman working was completely rude and was not thrilled to answer questions. When I asked how large the funnel cake was, she said it was the same size as the plate. When I asked how large the plate was, she irritably told me “it’s a regular sized plate”. When I asked for napkins, she pointed to another customer and said “I just gave your friend a bunch!” Telling me to take that person’s napkins. When asking for extra forks to split the funnel cake, the woman yelled and said “well you have fingers!”
Summary: food was amazing, but the customer service...
Read moreThe lady serving the funnel cake was so rude. After my friends and I bought a funnel cake to share, we realized we forgot forks. Obviously nobody eats cake with their bare hands, so I quickly went back up to politely ask for 2 forks. The woman replied "Well you have fingers..." in a very rude and almost condescending manner. I can't think of a single person who would want to eat cake with their fingers. Just give me the forks, it takes less than a second of your time. The funnel cake was very good aside from the miserable lady...
