I went earlier 11 am this morning and I asked the young lady to make me Almond pretzels with a sprinkle of sal Didn’t even have to wait long she did it in a heartbeat excellent service love them pretzels.... very kind Young lady always Smiling ....So kind to say happy Father’s Day to my husband and then on the other side subway excellent customer service as well ...... happy Father’s Day...

Went in looking forward to a treat, and then the girl cleaning the area said that they actually close at like 5, and might even run out of dough way before they close! Now I come on here to see that someone else wrote a review saying their hours are not correct over 6 months ago....

Was very disappointed really wanted a plain pretzel if you ask this place to make you a plain pretzel an hour before they close they will tell you they cannot make it because they are almost closing they also told me that they have no more dough...
