Castañeda's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Hesperia

So, I was kind of excited to come here. Ordered at the drive thru. Carne asada burrito and super nachos. The nice young lady even asked if I wanted meat on the nachos. I said, "No thanks." Rolled up to the window, and she repeated the order than I paid. She was super nice. Got home and opened up the nacho container, and all I saw was a bunch of meat which I Did Not Want lol. The cheese was barely noticeable, and it had plenty of guacamole, which is a good thing. It's just the other two things I mentioned. Don't get me wrong,I like meat, but I didn't want it on my nachos. I called, and she did offer to take my name down, and I could come in another day. I couldn't take her up on it, I'm going out of town, but she tried. Oh, the Carne Asada burrito was good. That's what my daughter told me. They always are . I've had many from here. The nachos, though, ugh,lol. It won't stop me from coming anymore. I actually like...

10/30/2021 Terrible service. I ordered 5 rolled potato tacos, no cheese. 4 potato tacos, add pico, no cheese. On the menu the taquitos come with guacamole. And the potato tacos come with lettuce. Both come with cheese but again, I ordered no cheese. We got our meal. It had cheese, this was not a huge issue, we asked for the order to be fixed, the took they it back and gave us new food with absolutely nothing but potato and tortilla. No lettuce or pico on the tacos and no guacamole on the taquitos. We gave it back and a woman came over and asked how we wanted it. We explained and she lied and said the tacos do NOt come with lettuce, the menu clearly says they have lettuce and when I tried to explain she would cut me off. She said the taquitos don’t come with guacamole but the menu says they do. I was done arguing and asked for my money back and she tried to short me on the amount owed back to me....

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Read the reviews everyone saying their food was cold is not lying. I went twice. Tried to give them a second chance and it was the same way. First I ordered cheese enchiladas, the enchiladas were hardly even warm. The cheese was still shaped! I would say they were cool at most, the cheese wasn't even melted. The rice tasted like a t.v dinner rice. The whole meal tasted like it was heated in a microwave. I gave them a second chance, thinking maybe it was an off day, ordered their rolled tacos. Again it was hardly warm, the taquitos " rolled tacos" were so dang chewey it tasted reheated. There was hardly anything inside it, taquitos from the frozen section from the store tastes 💯 better. I would take my chances on gas station food before ordering...
