Almost every time went there, they never gave enough amount. The price going up, but the food amount going down. For example, when I ordered large size, the box has never been filled up, most time there was one inch space empty. Almost every time for my order, I was upset with the amount. For paying the money raised you want, but getting less food. It’s suck. It’s unfair. It’s not right and you are taking advantage of customers. The bad service could only damage your business. Actually, because of that, I try to not order panda anymore, instead I am learning cooking by myself. Whenever the service is bad. The manager should be blamed. I have complained many times for their small portion, but they never changed. Almost every worker giving small portion, I guess the manager demanded them to do so. That the bad service hurting customers’s right. I have stopped long time to order panda till tonight I went there trying again. Here you go. It’s the same issue-SMAL portion!!!
And I notice that I am not the only one complaining the small portion.
The Chinese food in panda tastes good, I love it, unfortunately, Sounds the manager has never checked the review for customers’s feedback, or the manager just doesn’t care, so her terrible job will damage Pandas’s reputation and affect the company’s income. So the manager should be fired.

Read moreI love Panda Express, don't get me wrong but this location has some of the most rude employees. I completely understand the stress and hard work of the fast food and service industry, but I don't understand being rude to customers without reason.
We ordered our food in the drive thru, they had us pull to the front and they brought it out. We always check out order before leaving because most of the time there is something wrong. One of our plates was in a bowl and was missing the second entree, I went inside and the guy I spoke with said it's all in the bag, he was rude, kept interrupting me and the second entree was stuffed into a small box, and the sauce was spilling out all over the bag. I told the same guy I just want it made correctly to avoid such a mess and again rude. They got it fixed but not in a nice way. Then there is also the annoying drive thru speaker process. Anyone who has been there knows they are so pushy. Every time you tell them and item they quickly say "WILL THAT COMPLETE YOUR ORDER!" after. Every. Item. I know that I speak for all of us when I say, we are more than capable of letting you know when we are done ordering. Read moreI think, no I know this is the worst panda in the high desert. Where do you even find these employees? Then again it's the high desert. When your cashier working last night waves 5 dollars in my face because I didnt grab the right bill and keeps flicking it in my ear. For a good 2 minutes, Without saying a word and continues to make a flicking noise in my face and it takes me a good 2 minutes without her speaking wondering what the heck shes doing, and me asking if she can use words, because I'm not understanding her. Snd then get this, her and the drive thru lady are laughing out loud talking to each other through their headphones making fun of customers it goes to show that you really pick the winners. Couldnt eat without hearing two of the workers squaking super loud and laughing. Teach your employees how to use words. I assume they have some minimal manners and vocabulary and there isn't a need to wave and flick Bill's in their faces. A simple, "excuse me" you handed me the wrong change would have been nice.... after a long work week.
