Starbucks — Restaurant in Hesperia

I'm a nursing mamma and I go to Starbucks everyday and get the pink drink. I find it truly does increase my milk supply and it's so tasty ontop of it. Since its been cold and I have been getting them in the morning I have asked for light to no ice if possible. NEVER have I been given any grief or issue. Well I happen to be by this Starbucks one afternoon and decided to treat myself to a drink and get my little one a pastry. After the cashier rang me up I noticed my bill was quite a bit higher then it always is. When I asked if the prices were higher because They are a Starbucks inside a target she told me, but because I said light ice they are charging me extra!! To this day I can't wrap my head around it, they are charging me because I didn't want my ENtIRE drink that I already pay over 6 dollars for primary ice? I felt humiliated and overall just appalled that we live in a world to where doesn't want ice in a drink and I am charged a whole dollar more. It's just the ethics behind it and I will never be going to that target again and am making sure to post about it in all my mommy blogs to those other mommy's who indulge in the pink drink on a...

Started out good..then an epic fail..and then just pitiful excuses like we got busy we got frazzled...just blew my five minute order into a twenty minute order.. In the service industry you must first be aware of your customers and what's going on past that counter..you must pay attention as customer orders...then you must actually complete the order...simple..and you must never make excuses...I was a bartender in fine dining and can't tell you that your job is simple not science.I made hundreds of recipe cocktails and coffees... Finally...Never let your customers see you sweat... Sorry if I hurt your feelings but you failed and I called you out because you took it do lightly... In the end I did get a coffee and I'll be back to watch you have do much fun behind counter that you customers suffer.. Mission...

Usually this is my favorite Starbucks to come to but today it seemed like the people were in a really bad mood. I asked for a Venti and the barista gave me a grande when I told her about the mistake she yanked the drink from my hand and dumped it on the sink with an attitude. When I took a sip from the drink it was so watered down it was gross. I went back to tell them and they totally ignored me.
