Starbucks — Restaurant in Hesperia

First time coming to this location, and last. Not my regular location but was in the area and decided to stop at this one. When I first walked in, I had seen about 8 workers behind the counter maybe more, I did not get one welcome. Few minutes after I walked in a Caucasian couple walks in and they got greeted with a welcome, that instantly made me upset. I stood there 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me and said, "someone will be right with you". The worker who took my order was nice I ordered a drink and a pastry. I got my pastry fast. I waited about 10 mins for my drink until I said something watching them make drinks. I stated am I ever going to get my drink the worker asked my name says she didn't see my order then asked me what I ordered. She then found my drink that had been sitting there half made then finished it when I said something. If I hadn't said anything I would have been waiting longer. Didn't know you start making a customer drink and stop to work on others was ok. By the time I got in my car my pastry was cold. I was too frustrated to even ask for a manager I experienced discrimination and rudeness Should have got my money back wasn't worth it at all. Never again will I visit this location it gets 0...

Ordered a flat white and asked if a coffee master (black apron) can make it. Wasn't a problem till one of the employees (Savannah) asked about my drink. The employee from the register told her, I asked for a coffee master to make it. She shrugged her shoulders and gave attitude, like "why." So she took it upon herself to make my drink. Not only did my drink look horrible but the taste was bitter and harsh. A nasty burnt flavor, fell right on the tip of my tongue. I asked for a refund,(a big waste of my time, wife and kids waiting in the car,)about to return my whole family's order, But a different employee apologised and insisted a coffee master would make it this time.

The first flat white and employees attitude left me in a bad mood, I was just expecting for the next coffee to also taste horrific. But then the coffee master Daniel (I think was his name) made an amazing flat white, His technique from pouring the ristretto shots into my cup to how he poured the milk, came out to probably the smoothest flat white I've had. Just like every Starbucks this also has the same excellent service, always nice when you walk in and get greeted by the staff that works there, our drinks were to the point they were right and delicious as well as the pastries we ate for lunch. One of the things we notice is it's a really busy place yet is somewhere that when we're back into Victorville would probably be back because of the service and they consistent joyful environment that is within the store. Looks like also they have their local clients that come in and out and they know them by their name and they always call them about their name as well as the wine wasn't that long. From start to finish it took us about probably 6 minutes when we got our order and again everything was on point. There is handicap access, but lots of parking spaces, you're able to dine in now, old stuff is really nice and kind always and I really enjoy being here.
