Wendy's — Restaurant in Hesperia

I take care of 2 elderly women. The most amazing people you will ever meet. They have come to this location for years now. Never ever complaining, but I am going to be their voice because sometimes you can be to damn nice. So every time they decide to go to this location it’s usually late evening on their way back from a doctors appointment down the hill. They order the same thing. A large chili with cheese and onions and A bacon and cheese baked potatoes extra bacon. Sometimes a family pack of chicken nuggets. Well i don’t know how the same employees continue to charge $4 dollars for the extra bacon and $2.00 dollars for cheese and onions in the chili. Apparently, this has been happening every time. Well and probably five out of 10 times they go there’s no cheese and onions on the chili and there’s no bacon at all and at other times there’s bacon, but it looks like they just tossed a few crumbs on it. Anyways, I decided to go up there twice once with the ladies. and behold, the same employee did the same thing charge them extra gave them half the amount of the family pack of chicken nuggets and they got a sprinkle of bacon. Of course when we stopped and I went through the bag and I went to turn around and go back through, they were closed and of course our fault we got there late, but these are elderly ladies. It takes a while to get around and when they have to go down the hill, we know it’s a long day. again I went up two days ago I ordered two baked potatoes with bacon and cheese. I asked if they could put the cheese for one on the side and add extra bacon to both well of course the same employee there was no cheese on one no bacon, no side of cheese and the other one had bacon and cheese, but barely any now I was charged eight dollars extra for extra bacon and this is getting ridiculous if anybody knows who the owner of this company has every time I ask these people they claim that it’s privately owned so Wendy’s has no authority over them and I’m at the end of my rope and my ladies don’t want to complain, but I do so if anybody knows who the owner is, if not, I am going to go there tomorrow morning and if you’re reading this, the one who decides they’re gonna cheat these elderly ladies and me for for whatever reason the one that works late. Looks like a boy. Sounds like a girl just remember though it may seem petty to you, these women are a fixed income and you cheat them out of what they have purchased too many times and now I’m going to take care of it and I’m gonna go straight to the owner...

Love this Wendy's. I kind of became friends with someone who used to work there. I went so regularly. I don't think they work there anymore as I haven't seen them in a while but they were AWESOME. Really made me feel special as a customer. Anyway, they are always fast, almost never getting anything wrong with the order. And by that, I mean go there 100 times, and maybe 3 times something was off. It does help that I double-check to make sure because I am a sauce girl and would be devastated. When I do see I'm missing something or maybe got the wrong dressing, they are good about correcting it.

The only suggestion I have is a Pecan limit for the Apple Pecan salad. I went they other day, and they were out because they said people had been asking for 6 and 7 packets all day. Limit it to 2. People honestly don't need more than. Maybe 3 at most to be nice. That way, they're less likely to run out. Wasn't overly disappointed about it. Just a thought. Now, it would have been game over if it had been the pomegranate vinaigrette instead. Would have canceled the order.

Am happy they finally brought back a chicken wrap. Wish it was the snake ones like before instead of one in a meal/meal sized, but beggars can't be choosers. It only come with ranch for now, and I haven't tried it, but they should definitely offer it with...

I wish we hadn’t stopped here. I haven’t been to Wendy’s in quite a while and was looking forward to a frosty and fries. Order took a bit, but when I got my food there was no frosty ready, but would just take a few minutes. We both finished our sandwiches and were still waiting. The fries were kind of stale to start and were just cooling as we waited. I went up there fifteen minutes later, had to wait for somebody to notice me since nobody was at the register, and got a goopy frosty. Dipped a few cold fries in it and tossed the whole mess. Had they mentioned no frosty when I ordered I wouldn’t have ordered the large combo, and would probably have said to hold off until the frosty was ready. Needed to work on their communication and keeping food ready at noon. Guess that’s a sign that I don’t need to go to...
