This might be the worst fast food restaurant that I've ever been to. I waited inside at the front of the line for ten minutes to get my order taken. I do understand that it was busy but honestly, it just seemed like nobody cared and were annoyed that I wasn't using the self serve kiosk. (I was paying cash so I couldn't use it)
When I finally got my order taken, the girl again seemed annoyed at me for no reason. I ordered a ten piece honey BBQ nuggets and only received 8. I took a picture so you could see that they didn't even really put the sauce on them all that well. And then they gave me the wrong burger. I wanted a Dave's triple combo and got a baconator. I mean, I should have checked but I didn't.
The restaurant was a complete disaster. It was disgusting inside that place. There's no chance I would sit down and eat there, ever. Trash on the floors and tables that look like they haven't been wiped down in a cool minute.
I don't really go out of my way to do negative reviews but this Wendy's is bad. Hopefully, someone sees this and makes the changes necessary to ensure that your customers have a good experience. I will not go back to that Wendy's because of how unclean it was. If the inside of the restaurant is THAT bad, I can only imagine what the kitchen is like. I'm tempted to not eat this food that I just purchased because of how nasty it was inside of there.
Anyways, sorry for the negative review but, that store really needs to do better. I am simple. I just want to get my food and leave. I'm not expecting a grand five star experience at a fast food place but I do expect the place to be clean and my order to at least be correct...
Read morezero stars if i could. they have ripped me off twice by over charging me for food that i didnt get or that they replaced with a lower quality sandwich. Act like you are stealing from them when you tell them of their mistakes.
So an update a year later. Still manned by individuals deficient in English language comprehension. They also seem to be incapable of answering the phone, must be beyond their comprehension.
Another update since I can't write a new review. Made an order didn't even get close to what I ordered. They refused to pick up their phone when I called to tell them of their mess up. Called corporate, they didn't do anything either.
Don't eat at a place that treats you like a criminal for trying to get them to correct their mistakes.
Additional update: while at the gym I saw the insufferable manager engaging in workplace bullying of a subordinate, with other subordinates also engaging in workplace bullying. She bullies customers and employees explains why it is always so understaffed.
Additional update: even after being told by corporate that the manager will contact me and refund me the costs they offered to replace just the part of the order they messed up, despite being told by corporate that they will refund or replace the whole order and having to argue with them about it for six months. Today it is over a year later and I still haven't been compensated for the messed up order, for the delay, or the hoops I had to jump through to get a replacement....
Read moreI came in March 1rst 2020 around 9 something I ordered a four for $4 which is actually now 4 for $5 they told me that it would be a wait Because I ordered lunch and it was still breakfast time my food took about 15 minutes and I was told to wait out front along with a few other customers there was only three of us and I was given their food then when I thought I was receiving mine they gave me the wrong food again but I didn’t check it because I did not think that they would mess up a second time then when I spoke to a manager the next day after explaining to her that no one was answering my calls she was extremely rude and said that I couldn’t have been given the wrong order because no one can order lunch when it’s breakfast time when I obviously did because I gave her the receipt and she kept going with her statement that it is not possible to order lunch during breakfast then she said that she would give me my food this time, I will correct her anytime someone comes and their food is messed up you are entitled to get what you paid for, I even offered them to take back the food that they gave me that was wrong the day before and they told me because of Covid they couldn’t and that is perfectly fine but nobody should have to deal with...
