Burger King — Restaurant in Hialeah

I am late to review this BK, but I have to so the necessary changes are made.

I have been going to this Burger King since I was a little kid, now I’m 30. It has a nostalgic connection to me since I grew up going there, however, anyone in Hialeah knows that the food quality in Hialeah is mediocre to very poor at average. The McDonals just down the street is the worst in the country IMO and I’ve traveled all over the US. However, My most recent order from this BK has had me disappointed to put it lightly.

I ordered Nuggets with a Whopper Jr, and just touching the nuggets felt like squeezing on a sponge. I don’t know why I ate it, because it was obviously very old. Why would they even serve this to a customer? Nothing surprising coming out of any restaurant in Hialeah. I unfortunately bit the bullet and ate everything. Not even an hour later, I had the worst vomiting and diarrhea I’ve ever had! It got so serious that it took me to a trip to the hospital.

These fast food restaurants in Hialeah serve food that is barely cooked, old, and everyone doesn’t want to be there or doesn’t even speak English at times. This is the prime example on what changes should be made if they want to keep serving food. Love eating here. This owner guy manager Mr Isaac always make sure food is up to par. The young people here know how to respectfully take your order and be patient with you. Stuff ain't right? They get it right! Parking is all the way around the whole building always available. Drive through, be full cuz the food good and people don't mind waiting.. I like to go inside and see how my food doing tho. Bathroom, is working. Don't expect no privacy though. At least in the men's ain't no door on the stall.. 😂 LMBO.. and this is not the standard practice for all restaurants, it seems. Smh Good service here, it's clean and safe to get food here sit and eat or whatever? Handicap entrance and exit.. I find using the BK app saves more money. And they give you perks on it try it out. Everywhere you go don't get me wrong, service could always be upgraded and better. But it's good service here good food and they're reasonably fast enough for me. This my number one BK spot right here. We call it Northside Burger King. This BK been feeding generations of families.

I waited 26 minutes in the drive thru line to receive the wrong order. It was only 2 cars in front of me… I ordered a number 4 plain with french fries and root beer. I also ordered 12 chicken fries with french fries and a medium frozen coke. They didn't give me the burger plain, they failed to give me the french fries from one of my orders and to make things worse they gave me 4 chicken fries instead of 12. They gave me a small frozen coke and a coke instead of the root beer. When I complain to them they took another 10 minutes to fix my order.. but they forgot again my French fries .. the food was super cold and the fries old……ughh how frustrating that you are paying and you don’t have a great services or at least your order correctly ... this is not a fancy restaurant, this is fast food place.
