Thereâs always a problem at this location, which is no surprise considering the location. I go here maybe once a year, not by choice, usually for someone else, and itâs because thereâs always something.
I went to get food for someone, 10:33pm on a Saturday, but surprisingly not as busy as expected considering they have 2 lanes now. Just the usual car-meet outside (which for some reason hasnât been disbanded, people constantly loitering outside at night which only makes me feel extremely unsafe).
The guy took my order quickly, I had 3 cars in front of me. When I got to the first window to pay, no one was there, so I waited. 2 cars ahead of me were gone now, there was just one at the food pick up window. Still no one at the pay window. I even dropped my credit card under my seat, had time to look for it and fish it out, still no one at the pay window.
I figured I should move up. Not even a minute after moving up, the car in front of me is gone. I had my card in hand, in the window of my car waiting to finally pay. Before I even hit the breaks, the guy at the pick up window says âuhhh you didnât payâ. I let him know someone wasnât at the pay window and I waited. He decides to start speaking Spanish to the guy who was apparently supposed to be at the pay window (im bilingual. Even if I wasnât, thatâs extremely rude. Especially when youâre talking about the person in front of you). Pick up guy tells âFlacoâ âSHE says YOU werenât at the windowâ and he puts his hands up and makes a face as if Iâm lying.
Pay window guy âFlacoâ (receipt doesnât have a cashier name), comes over with an annoyed look on his face and takes my card. Even after he walks away, the pick up guy and some older woman inside are still talking about me in Spanish saying âsheâs the one who didnât payâ and how everythingâs all out of order now.
I take my card, and receipt. Even after charging me, they canât figure out what order was supposed to be mine. I clarify. They give me my bags, I say thank you and pull forward and leave.
I have a happy meal in hand, and another nearly empty bag with nuggets in it, they didnât bother to add the chocolate milk for the happy meal in the bag.
I havenât honestly not gone to this McDonalds in almost 2 years because I cannot stand the people or the service...
   Read moreIâve grown up going to this McDonaldâs. Unfortunately, This is the worst McDonaldâs Iâve ever been to now that I got to travel the country. Now Iâve experienced true quality and service for this brand because the one on 49th just upsets you by how lazy they are, how they cut corners, and even arrogant at times.
As of the past 15 years or so, This location has plummeted in quality of food and service. Itâs the only McDonaldâs Iâve ever been to that will actually refuse to salt their fries. An employee admitted that they just donât want to clean the metal they put the finished fries on so they donât salt them. How stupid is that? They also always serve barely cooked to super soggy fries every time. I had to leave the state to finally experience golden brown, crispy fries that were SALTED. The same goes for the nuggets, just sad to see them every time you go.
Burgers always have something wrong with them. One time I ordered a double quarter pounder but with just cheese and ketchup. Amazingly, I got a burger that had everything on it but cheese and ketchup. I was impressed on how they even did that. That is just one experience out of many.
I hope there will be changes that will have better food, better service, and better...

I wanted to make different orders with the app for the deals and the manager told me that I only could do one.. I don't know if is like she said but I never been in a Macdonald waiting around 35 min fo my order. The first boy that attend me was sending people to the digital machines to do the order s, What if I don't want to do it and I prefer with the person directly that can orientate me with some orders at the app, for example, as was my case yesterday? I saw the boy tried to help me but was like... I can't do it without my manager.. And the manager, just finished my request with a regular order and I couldn't use anymore the app. The place was clean, at the end the food was acceptable, not great because the quarter pounders were not so tender, no juicy. I saw too much disorganization regarding the staff at 10.00 pm at my visit yesterday. I hope they get a better training and more organized too and allow to make several order with the deals of the app or One order with...
