Wendy's — Restaurant in Hialeah

This used to be a nice Wendy's. Or maybe it still is, but not in the afternoon. I just had to leave the drive thru window because after waiting in line patiently, we tried to order and there were two people speaking at the same time on the speaker, rushing us when I was not speaking slow at all. I spoke Spanish to them, so that was not a problem. They kept asking me if that was all before I even finished speaking and when they asked me "Do you want something else?" I replied yes and they told me to go to the next window. When I told the African American girl on the window (in English) that I couldn't complete the order because something was going on with the speaker maybe, since the other people didn't take my order right, she put more faces than Jim Carrey and asked me with the worst attitude ever what eelseee I wanted When I started telling her, she started speaking through her earphones with someone in the drive thru, leaving me talking and waiting without any manner. That was one of the worst customer services expriences I have endured this year. Horrible, simply. I just decided to drive away without my foid and now I came to the other Wendy's at Palm Ave and the same street, the 49th, and I got my food without any issue, and no line either. I understand the other people got the Mall nearby and maybe they get busier, but that is not excuse. I have worked in the fast food business before; I can tell there...

• ATTENTION* 📢📢📢 PLEASE LISTEN TO ME THIS IS NOT A JOKE EVEN THOUGH IT MAY SEEM FUNNY!!!! I WENT TO THIS PLACE THAT HAD CHILLI ON THE MENU. I ORDERED IT AND THE PERSON TAKING THE ORDER ASK ME IF I WANTED CHEESE ON IT. UN BE KNOWN TO ME, I DID NOT KNOW I HAD TO SPECIFY ASK FOR ME THE MEAT IN IT. I PAID FOR IT (YES I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED)HOWEVER I DIDNT DO IT BECAUSE I WAS TRANSPORTING CHILDREN IN THE CAR AND PLACED A LARGE ORDER. UPON ARRIVING AT DESTINATION, I STARTED TO SERVE EVERYONE. WHEN I SAT DOWN TO EAT THE CHILLI WITHOUT CHEESE, TO MY SURPRISE I DISCOVERED IT IN THE CONTAINER UPON POURING OUT THERE WAS NO MEAT. I RECANTED MY ORDER OVER IN MY HEAD AND WAS SURE THE MALE THAT TOOK THE ORDER ASK IF I WANTED CHEESE, NOT MEAT. NOW, I AM VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS AND JUST WANT THOSE WHO CHOOSE TO ORDER FROM HERE TO PLEASE TAKE TIME BEFORE LEAVING AND CHECK YOUR ORDER BE IT SMALL ORDER OR LARGE ORDER. IF I DID NOT LIVE AS FAR AS I DO, BELIEVE ME, I WOULD HAVE REPACKAGED THOSE BEANS AND TOMATO SAUCE AND RETURNED FOR A REFUND. OH, AND BY THE WAY, I TRIED CALLING, THE NUMBER DOESNT GO THROUGH, THAT WITHIN IIT SELF SHOULD BE A RED FLAG. I WANT TO THANK EVERYONE WHO HAS TAKEN THE TIME OUT TO READ THIS AND HOPE CHILLI FROM THIS WENDYS IS YOUR NEXT...

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service at this Wendy’s is so horrible and consistently horrible that I figured if you try that hard to deliver horrible service it should be recognized. I’ve gone in the last two weeks around 6 different times around 10pm at night to get a small bite as it’s the closest fast food on my break from work. Those 6 times my order has been wrong 5 times and the one time they got it right the food and burger were Cold and stiff as if it was expired bread. I usually get the same burger a bacon double stack. 3 different times they did not put any bacon. The other two times they for got to put the extra patty and left everything else I ask not to put on it. The staff is definitely needs training they don’t give your total at the speaker and you still have to end up repeating your order at the front because they never even put it in there system most of them I see wearing sweat pants at work which to me that wouldn’t even be a big deal so as long as the service and food is okay. I know probably this won’t even be noticed but i wrote this because of how strong of an effort they have done to do such bad work to both waste my time and money deserves some...
