This used to be a nice Wendy's. Or maybe it still is, but not in the afternoon. I just had to leave the drive thru window because after waiting in line patiently, we tried to order and there were two people speaking at the same time on the speaker, rushing us when I was not speaking slow at all. I spoke Spanish to them, so that was not a problem. They kept asking me if that was all before I even finished speaking and when they asked me "Do you want something else?" I replied yes and they told me to go to the next window. When I told the African American girl on the window (in English) that I couldn't complete the order because something was going on with the speaker maybe, since the other people didn't take my order right, she put more faces than Jim Carrey and asked me with the worst attitude ever what eelseee I wanted When I started telling her, she started speaking through her earphones with someone in the drive thru, leaving me talking and waiting without any manner. That was one of the worst customer services expriences I have endured this year. Horrible, simply. I just decided to drive away without my foid and now I came to the other Wendy's at Palm Ave and the same street, the 49th, and I got my food without any issue, and no line either. Read moreI don’t usually leave reviews, but the service at this Wendy’s is so horrible and consistently horrible that I figured if you try that hard to deliver horrible service it should be recognized. I’ve gone in the last two weeks around 6 different times around 10pm at night to get a small bite as it’s the closest fast food on my break from work. Those 6 times my order has been wrong 5 times and the one time they got it right the food and burger were Cold and stiff as if it was expired bread. I usually get the same burger a bacon double stack. 3 different times they did not put any bacon. The other two times they for got to put the extra patty and left everything else I ask not to put on it. The staff is definitely needs training they don’t give your total at the speaker and you still have to end up repeating your order at the front because they never even put it in there system most of them I see wearing sweat pants at work which to me that wouldn’t even be a big deal so as long as the service and food is okay. I know probably this won’t even be noticed but i wrote this because of how strong of an effort they have done to do such bad work to both waste my time and money deserves some...
