Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Hickory

I'm new to Moe's but after three visits in one week I definitely won't be returning. Let me start by saying that where I normally visit that has similar food has been closed due to a remodel. This is what led me to give Moe's a try and after the first visit I really enjoyed their food but I had some minor issues. A couple of days later we ordered again and one part of the order wasn't even close to what we placed online. I didn't plan on going back but the kids wanted to try it out as well so we ordered a third time and this time we were feeding 5 and every part of this order was wrong.

Like I get the first time ordering I had a missing topping and I understand that mistakes happen. Then the second time I ordered a bowl and the wife ordered a burrito but we both received a bowl instead. So the third time I was expecting something to be wrong and I wasn't let down. One kids meal was missing toppings, the second had toppings not ordered, the third didn't have their sauce, and all three kids I had ordered a juice box and cookie that was just completely missing for each child. My wife was missing her cheese sauce she added on and I was missing toppings.

So in short this company seems to have some poor quality control and it appears that the staff just doesn't care about the customer which may explain why they never seem to be busy. Lessons have been learned and Moe's has been added to my short list of do not eat here restaurants. It's sad really because their food does seem to have good flavor but that can't make up for the...

All I wanted to do was have a nice quick meal with my boyfriend. I was so excited to come back and try Moe's again because I hadn't been there in years. However this changed whenever I decided to order one of the $14.00 bowls. I ordered the one with double meat and cheese, so I was happy because it sounded so good. Then when the girl working made the bowl she took two scoops out of the bin of steak. The spoons had barely anything in them each time. My boyfriend noticed and asked if I could have more because its supposed to be double meat (emphasis on double). She then told me it would be an upcharge... I'm already paying for double meat? After telling her no, she went on to make my boyfriends and proceeded to put the biggest pile of steak on there. Yet she wanted to skimp out on mine. Now I know this is food, but the attitude and disrespect was revolting. After checkout I went to my seat and realized I had lost my appetite and I couldn't eat. So I decided to go up and ask for a manager to talk to about it and show how much meat they actually gave me. I was told the manager went on a smoke break and would be right back. That wasn't the case because all the workers decided to huddle in the back gossiping about the situation. Well, I really like Moe's, however this time we were super disappointed. Ordered 4 burritos..my nephew only got chicken, cheese, and queso...so I didn't expect his burrito to be much...but the other 3 were the thinnest we've ever gotten. He even asked me if I ordered the queso because it didn't taste like it at all. I ordered chicken and most everything except pico on mine...I don't know who made this or if they're just having a bad day, but these little burritos were mostly tortilla. If you're trying to get people to stop coming because of portion size, then you're doing a pretty good job. I've seen some of your people load a burrito up until they literally cannot role it up..maybe that was their buddy's order, who knows. My dad will not even eat there anymore because double meat isn't even a fair portion for him anymore because yall are so skimpy now. You've raised prices just like everywhere else, and I get that..but when I'm tearing off and tossing lots of plain, empty, excess tortilla off my burrito, that's a problem. I guess no more mobile orders, if we order again..maybe if I stand there and actually watch yall as you try to be so skimpy on everything, you'll actually put a decent...
