I would not recommend anybody to come here and get their phone fixed. They are shady. I got my screen fixed here and it worked for about 2 months. Lines are going through it on the top and it's acting up. It also had problems with charging. I believe they switched parts from what I've read in here about them doing that to other people. Now I'm going to have to save up and spend more money getting it fixed somewhere else and then I'll see if the parts got switched.Do not fall for this scam.

if i could give 0 stars i would , went there he said it would take 40 mins it ended up taking hours it was closing time and he rushed the back , he put a. ew battery and back glass on & he told me to wait 10mins then take the rubber bands off , i waited 30 mins , next thing you know the back glass is breaking mind you i didnt drop the phone or anything & telling him that and hes telling me i cant get a refund , 0/10 do no recommend dont even waste your time going here

Do not go to this store they do not stand behind their work. I had the back of my iPhone 14 Pro Max fixed and paid $112 to fix it and not even 2 days later it shattered again just by changing phone case and they refuse to fix it or refund me.

this man rushed my iphone 14 pro max glass back out rubber bands on it to hold it in place and said it would be good to go in 10 min. my entire back is broken in pieces you can see the entire electrical wiring and battery i took it back up there and all he did was laugh and say there was no warranty then said he’d fix it again for $70 then said $60 after i said id take him to court ! i started to record the back of my phone and what was being said and he tried to hide his face . WORST PHONE PLACE EVER !!! 😡 tried to tell me it wouldn’t look like that if i didn’t drop it i told him i didn’t drop it why would i pay $187 just to break it ? told him i have no problem owning up to it if i would have broken it money isn’t the problem but im not paying for something...

Get what you pay for. The old adage of “fast, good, cheap: you only get two” applies here. They were fast. They were comparatively cheap. But the replacement isn’t good.

Definitely not genuine parts and the iPhone recognizes that. I got my phone replaced here, and it is somewhat, minimally functional again? After a few days, the screen is seeming to lock up more and more. Deadzones on the replacement screen, the touch screen freezing, heck a few times it basically bricked my phone for thirty minutes before eventually resolving.

Like I said: minimally functional. For me, that’ll suffice another few months until a scheduled upgrade. But the replacement part would drive me bonkers if I had to wait any longer before trading this...
