Iām writing this review after 5 visits. None of the times Iāve visited have been the Chick-fil-A experience.
Iāve always known 5 guys for quality however, I can tell you the quality is not the same at the N. Main St. branch as some of the other branches that I have attended over the years. ( granted they are new and good staff is hard to come by these days)
My wife and I ate there last week and the dining room was absolutely trashed, no catch up in the dispenser, trash overflowing in the trash cans, the floor was filthy, and everything you touched was sticky. I wonāt get into how awful the restrooms were.
My wife ,our friends, and I were highly disappointed in the overall experience. This is not the first time we have gone as a group to have 15-18 dollar burger and fries at this location.
The 40$ for my wife and I to eat a burger is expensive but Iām fine with that if the experience overall is good, the dining room is clean, and the staff is attentive. I really hope the managers or corporate will step up and get this location dialed in so the service...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe employee at five guys in High Point was very rude for no reason at all. I donāt know if he was having a bad day or what, but I know that we did not deserve the type of customer service that we received from him. He was asking me do I need whip cream on my milkshake? I could not hear him at first and then, when I walked over to him, he began to tell me do you want whip cream and I said yes I didnāt know it come with whip cream. Then he said Iām a menace to society to me and he said that God made him mean and he signed up for it and I said well this is my first time ordering a milkshake here so I didnāt know that it come with whipped cream also I have a hearing issue and with the music on I couldnāt hear him when he was asking me do I want whipped cream so if this is what triggered him this is unbelievable, his behavior is so sad . what else is sad is that you canāt even just go and sit down and pay your money...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was my first time ever at Five Guys. This location is well kept and clean. The frontline person taking my order was helpful and friendly. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger and a REGULAR order of Cajun fries and a Coke. However, a mild sticker shock followed. $22.00 for just me! OK, I swallowed it and waited 15 minutes for my food. I expected a regular size of Fries. Wrong. The amount was enough for 3 adults! No wonder they cost over $6.00! 6 bucks for fries!!!! Really? And, the seasoning was overkill, way too much salt and many were overcooked/hard and brittle.Never again. The Burger was also expensive with $12,50 but well made, a generous portion and tasty.
I might go back for a Burger.
But no Cajun Fries, thank you. Putting the large leftover portion into the trash, I have better use...
