Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in High Point

I went here to get pizza for the Duke game, as we always do; we had just picked up our favorite ice cream as well. They said it would be 10 minutes, 25 minutes later we're still waiting so we ask the young man who brought the pizza out to a car that came well after us, and we notice every one else was getting severed before us so we asked about our pizza, he said our was next, so we waited but notice him just standing inside so we took the Cone and went in and ask about our order, so he ask the Riley about it and she said it was lost but later someone brought it from somewhere and they just threw it in a box by now it was over 30 minutes and we didn't know where it came from and maybe cold, so my wife ask for a refund, he ask the lady and she started saying I can't give a refill, being sarcastic, when she finally gave the refund she didn't say anything not even a apology for the inconvenience, just slung the receipt on the counter and walked away, my wife picked it up and said thank you and she looked back back but I doesn't remeber her saying anything. so now melted ice cream and no pizza and horrible customer service, when they...

I've ordered delivery from this location 3 times now, because fool me once shame on you! Anyway, the delivery service is HORRIBLE! I understand they use Grubhub, Ubereats, etc...but when you can't get half the food you order, and Grubhub says they are going to issue a refund, and NEVER DO, thats just bad business. I called the store twice; the first time, they picked up the phone and immediately hung up. The second time, they picked up the phone and w/out putting it on "Hold", it was placed on the counter for me to hear their conversations for 2 HOURS! YES, I WAITED and took note of their vulger language and disrespect for themselves, their job, and their customers! I will NEVER order/visit this store again. Yes, shame on me for giving them 3 attempts to fulfill an order! What's the problem with people...

I wasn't pleaded today, I know due to Covid-19 people are not allowed to wait in the lobby. I went inside order my pizza I was ask by your associate what kind of car are you driving I said the red Chevy he said okay will bring it out to you it probably be about 15 minutes I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni.
