I have gone to them several times and have always loved their work. They complain about how thick my hair is but I have always let it go because their work has always been above reproach. However this time my entire experience was horrible. I made my appointment for 10 a.m. however no one showed up at the shop until 10:30. Ok maybe they over slept we have all done that before. Then they only had one pack of my color hair ok no big deal I have blonde hair I could see how that could happen. Then they owned comes in and says I have to pay 10 more dollars for the hair color. Ok I was getting a little annoyed but they had already started so I decided to just stick it out 10$ won't break me. While I was there another customer came in and her entire bottom row of braids had fallen out. They put them back in no problem and told her to be careful cause her hair was shorting the back. I thought nothing of it. About two weeks after I got my hair done my braids in the back start to fall out. I went and had the first one replaced and the lady said it's always the back that comes out. Well I have had my braids about 6 weeks now and my entire back row is missing. This is very upsetting to me. Now don't get me wrong the girl that usually does my hair did a fabulous job ok!!! But I called the day before and was told they would be open at 10am so I arrived at 9:57am had to wait 30 minutes for them to get there and a additional 35 minutes plus before they even started on my head. Always late, extremely inconsiderate of your time. Made an appointment a week in advance. Day of appointment shes late with no apology and then says she can't do my style because someone else is also asking for same style and she is the only one there and can not do 2 people.
