Good after noon, I am not one to leave reviews or want to contact corporations but the customer service I received today from your High Point North Carolina location located at 3885 John Gordon lane was highly unacceptable. I usually use the app to order but today I did not have time but I still used my code on the app. I pay 4 dollars for a large carmel frape on the app but in the line i was charged over 5 dollars which was totally fine, I paid the difference. However, when I reached the second window the boy working was a young hispanic who handed me a large frape that was 40 percent if not 50 percent whip cream.. literally. Half of a drink. I asked them to fill it up and the woman manager working on April 4th 2024 between 4pm-5pm said no because they had to replace the bag and it would be at least 5 minutes. I told her I didn't mind waiting the five minutes to get one full drink that cost 5 dollars, she told me to pull up to the third window and had me wait five minutes just for the boy to bring it to me and say (im sorry i tried to put more in there but she wouldn't let me). I explained to him that I was upset because I didnt use the app to save money I actually paid more for the drink then I always do and in return got less drink then I have ever received. I didnt get her name but I would just like to say the way she talked to and treated me is unacceptable. And the fact that you made me wait for you to fill up my drink then sent an employee to bring back to me the same way(half full) is rude and felt like a laugh in my face. Read moreWe always come here every Wednesday and Sunday. Today, 06/19/2024, we came here and ordered our food like usual. Service at this location is amazing and fast. But today, it was bad. We ordered our food at 8:17pm and didn't receive it until 8:53. With time, our slushies and coffee were also cold. Also, some other people came in, and they ordered a good 5-10minutes after us, and they received their food before us. They just kept handing orders out while we were waiting. We asked to redo our drinks but she said no to us. She finally refilled them, but we needed to get a refund on our coffee because she insisted that it was "hot" coffee. This is the only con we have had so far, but the crew that usually serves us and knows us Mondays and Wednesdays are the best. This McDonald's location is really good, but this has upsetted us. Read moreSo McDonald's for fastfood it's pretty good, but I'm just saying in Greensboro sometimes the people catch an attitude pretty quickly but I used to work at one and I can say it's probably because the select few of the customers throughout the day were to much to handle for no damn reason. But their foods good they get it made really fast compared to last year and the year before their service and their employees is so much better like it's so nice once you order they bring it to you really quickly they make the food really well and if you need help their so nice and willing to help. Their attitude on good days is wonderful and on bad days depends on how bad but overall they still keep their composer and are nice sweet and they tolerate a lot and I should know. So if you like fast food and also really affordable and good go there and their deals are something else so much better...
