There is no sign in the window for starters that says that they are even open. The inside looks dark and closed. Though I noticed the hours as I got to the door. Then one coming in there is no sign to say this way or that way or order here or pay here. Nothing. So being a first timer I went to the cash register. Stood there waiting for a hello. Then someone told me to order down there and pointed. I saw that there was a bowl on the menu with cauliflower rice. I am on a low-carb diet and thought that would be a great option. So when they scooped it into the bowl the one scoop looks nothing like the picture. It was very misleading. Then when paying for this small $12 salad, no one asked me if I wanted a drink. So I stood there and waited on a cup assuming it came with my order. Then I had to order a separate drink. Which was $2.50. When I got to the fountain drinks there was no tea. No sweet or unsweet. Only sugar filled or artificial sugar filled drinks. I cannot have sugar so I wanted unsweetened tea as is offered in every restaurant in this city. They said that chipotle chose not to offer tea so people don’t have to touch the spout. I said why don’t you guys put it behind the counter? I requested my money back after there was nothing available for me to drink other than unhealthy choices. If chipotle is so concerned about people touching a T spout, why not replace the disgusting wooden door handles at each door? They are dark and just colored from peoples hands. Wood absorbs bacteria and moisture. Not smart thinking all the way around. Overall my first experience has put me off. The...
Read moreWhen we arrived you could tell the line was moving VERY slow and even customers in front of us were getting visibly agitated. Upon getting to the front of the line you’d hope to be met with a friendly face at LEAST but no. Due to no one wearing name tags (probably for good reason considering this girls attitude) I didn’t get the her name but the white girl with dyed hair who wears a lot of make up, you’ll know her cuz her attitude and demeanor is straight GARBÁGE and probably shouldn’t be working in the food industry. She wasn’t friendly, she didn’t smile ONCE in the entire 20 MINUTES we were in store or even when she was making our food, and to top it off she was giving the smallest portion possible bro if we were getting one of every other topping I can understand putting a smaller amount of protein but if we’re ONLY getting chicken or we’re only getting sour cream and cheese I just find it insulting and then when we asked her “hey can you add just a little more chicken” she no lie added two pieces of chicken and then rushed us down the line like she was sick of us. The girl at the register was an absolute angel and I can tell even she is sick of dealing with her coworkers negativity but was still trying to make it an enjoying experience for us. Every time we come to THIS chipotle location it’s always something, ESPECIALLY when it comes to the portions being small so we will...
Read moreI went in today 3/17/22 since that last review. Lady came over from making online orders.Another lady was just taking care of the woman in line ahead of me was so loud. But the lady from online orders came in her position. She wasn't friendly & I felt rushed & they were not listening. The new brown rice was mixed from the old leftovers from the online pan was being scraped on top and I didn't like that. The food had no heat and I did get an upset stomach. Both sour cream & cheese wasn't cold. The rice was old & cilantro brown it was not fresh. I called back to share & ask questions a lady name Cam answered phone & said she was a manager. She was talking & laughing while I told my experience today 3/17/22. So I told her I would just give my review online. She had no apologies or care what so ever. I had to change my review. The young lady fixing my food was not kind & the food was the worst ever. I want be back. Updated 12/5/20 Havenot had anymore customer service issues, but food quality is not consistent. I...
