Places online order for pick up and order wa snot ready when I arrived. There was no bread and staff announced there was a 45 minute wait for bread. The girl that was working there had a horrible attitude and yelled at me and stormed out the back of restaurant when I asked for the corporate number. She stood in the corner with her arms crossed while the other two guys Mac and Jason worked. The line was out the door. When I said something regarding her standing around she started helping but with an apparent attitude. I asked for her name and the guys on staff refused to give me a name and said they thought it was Shelly but not sure if that was her name. I made it clear that I would be calling corporate and writing a review as well as contacting the manager. I was refused a refund and told they could only write my name and number down for a manager to call me another day for refund. After 30 minutes they finally started preparing my order but the only bread they had was wheat which is not what I ordered but I accepted as I didn’t want to waste my money knowing I wouldn’t receive refund. This store needs new management and new employees. I have never in my life been to a subway with no bread and horrible service like the service...
Read moreUnfortunately I did not read these reviews before returning to this Subway which I don't use frequently. The last time I used it was probably a year ago and there was an entirely different staff. A much better staff if I may say so. The staff I witnessed tonight was very unappealing, dirty looking and couldn't be bothered. The 2 friends that the employee was speaking to while having his back facing me near the entry door, Let him know that I was approaching. I had already placed and picked up my online order but luckily my instincts told me to check. I noticed there was a sub missing and again I retur6n with the man's back still turned towards me, and I told him without him ever turning around.... you left a sub out it's over there on the counter, please go get it. Without any words spoken between us ( i was the only one who spoke) he went to retrieve this sub and I went on my way. I don't know who owns this location but they need to sell. I will never return here for any reason! Not to mention that shortly after I placed my online order they called me to let me know that their toaster was broken more than half of my sandwiches were supposed to be toasted, how convenient. Read moreAbsolutely awful, worst experience at a subway I’ve ever had. Ordered 2 sandwiches for pickup and when we got home to open them they were so bad! The bread and cheese was stuck to the paper and the order was wrong. I called the location and they said they couldn’t talk because they were busy, to call back in 15 minutes. I drove there instead and the manager was not there, an employee said they were having issues with the bread today and didn’t know why?? So she called the manager over the phone and she proceeded to tell me that they do give refunds within 24 hours but since SHE is not at the store and won’t be back until tomorrow she can’t give me a refund at all, she can only remake the sandwiches for me today or tomorrow, how is it my fault that I can’t receive a refund since you’re not at the store today? I was able to dispute with my bank and get the money back but stay away from this establishment, I’ve never had an issue like this before at a subway but I should’ve checked the reviews before...
