Absolutely horrible experience.. I go in with my daughter to place an order. Yes we had a mask on because my daughter has low WBC’s and is high risk. I told the lady 4 times what I wanted and she kept acting like she couldn’t hear me. Finally I opened my app and sat my phone in front of her while I was trying to say here is what I’m wanting. She stepped back and told me to get out that she wasn’t serving me. I said are you serious I’m just trying to show you what I wanted. And of course now she can hear me when she acted like she couldn’t before. She said I’m not serving you I said again I’m just showing you what I wanted since you couldn’t hear me the 4 times I told you. She said if you don’t go I’m calling the cops. By this time I was getting really upset at how we were being treated when I did nothing wrong. I finally just looked at her called her what she is and left. My daughter was humiliated and I have never in my life had that kind of experience. If she would turn the music down some she might have heard me. The younger lady there never said a word just kept her head down. That woman doesn’t need to work there and I work here in highlands and was looking for somewhere fast but I will make sure to spread the word here at the office and several other offices here of my experience.
