This was a 5/5 location when they had their "Mobile Express Lane" functioning. One would order on the app, zip through the long line of waiting cars via the mobile order express lane, and be out in less than 3 minutes, typically. Lately, however, this location has closed off their mobile order express lane, merging it into the regular line of waiting cars. So, while you may order ahead, instead of being 1st or 2nd in the express lane, you now end up being behind 5-10 cars in the regular line after arriving and scanning in. And even if your order is brought out to you as you wait in line (express, lol?), you cannot leave until all the cars in front of you are served and leave anyhow.
After realizing that having the Mobile Express lane closed was a permanent thing, we inquired with the staff as to why. We were told that the manager made the decision after some folks complained that they saw the regular line was sometimes served faster than the Express line. Obviously, at times, there are folks in the regular line that order small, quick orders, and this can happen.
Instead of punishing every other user of the Mobile Express Order app over a few customer complaints, please re-open it as it was intended to be used. Let the complainers work through their perceived inconvenience while the rest of us enjoy the reduced waiting time that the lane was...
Read moreI went to Chick-fil-A today, and it was a total disaster. The line was long, and the service was slow. But that's not even the worst part. When I ordered my gooey mac n cheese, they told me they were out. I was disappointed, but they gave me some coupons for a free meal next time. So I came back the next day, and I tried to redeem my coupons. But the manager told me they wouldn't accept them. I said, 'What the hell?' These coupons are good at this location, and I was told to use them here. But the manager said, 'No, we don't accept coupons.' I was furious. I said, 'This is ridiculous. I'm never coming back to this place again.' And I walked out. This is a total disgrace. Chick-fil-A is supposed to be a great restaurant, but this experience was a total disaster. The manager was rude and unhelpful, and the coupons were worthless. I'm calling on Chick-fil-A to do better. This is unacceptable. I'm never coming back to this place again. And let me tell you, I'm not the only one who's had this problem. I've heard from other people who've had similar experiences. Chick-fil-A needs to get its act together. They need to start accepting coupons, and they need to start treating their customers with respect. Until then, I'm boycotting Chick-fil-A. And I'm urging everyone else to...
Read moreI was so impressed with the customer service from what I believe was one of the managers or leads. Young! Hispanic guy wearing a gray polo around 4:15 p.m. today. I ordered my free berry sprite beverage (courtesy of Brian Hogan) thank you. As he went to grab my drink he noticed that the foam had seeped through the top where the straw goes. The employee whom had filled it, set it down and it may have over filled as he walked away. The manager guy in such a nice way, said the employees name and pointed at the drink that was foaming over and pretty much told him in a great manner that it was not okay. The manger and that employee and another employee immediately jumped to the drink, removed the lid, cleaned the spill over and put a new lid on. I was beyond impressed to see the team work, the care and the promptness as he thought it was not acceptable to hand me a drink that way. I told him that he did a great job handling that. I wish more places had the service chick fil a does. They sure know how to train their employees how to perform great customer service. You do not see this kind of service anymore. He deserves...
