Dhaba Indian Kitchen - Foodlandia Hillsboro — Restaurant in Hillsboro

I love Indian food, which I believe has deep roots in Persian spices and plants grown from the earth. I have met the owner of Dhaba many times and have always been welcomed by such kindness and all the staff at locations. Many late nights, my heart has been warmed by their great food!

My only personal concern are the religious idols displayed in signs and statues 😞 We are a Christian nation in America 🇺🇸 Many businesses I know that are owned by Christians choose not to display images or idols of Jesus out of respect for the neutrality of the public square. I hope Dhaba will consider my feedback and do the same 🙏🌿

Ordered Samosa,Pakora and Paneer butter masala, after waiting for 30 minutes and multiple followup i got samosa and Paneer, samsoa size was good but i never seen anybody fried samosa so carelessly,oil was dripping from ine of samosa as it was ipen from the bottom , it was all over my plate and i had to throw it, paneer taste was ok but like many ither Indian restaurant it had very sticky food color which wint go from your hand even after washing with soap ,not sure what impact it leave inside the body,.

We canceled the pakora as it was not started even after 30 minutes and we were in Rush(offcourse i dont want to wait one hour to refried Pakora) Not going...

I was surprised by this cart! I tried it once and was immediately hooked. They have pretty consistent flavors and I have made this a part of my regular favorite food spot rotations. Their curries are all great, whether you're wanting Saag, Korma, Masala, Mahkhani, etc. It has all been great here, which is pretty surprising for a small cart. Also the customer service is amazing! They always ask if you need plates and other things...
