Two days ago, my fiance ordered a pizza and breadsticks. The breadsticks were so burnt that they were inedible. My fiance called and was told that they couldn't issue a refund because their system was down, but to call back later and a refund would be issued. Tonight, we placed an order for two pizzas, breadsticks and cinnamon breadsticks. The pizzas seem to be okay, but the breadsticks were burnt again, and the cinnamon breadsticks were a little underdone. My fiance just called the store about the breadsticks, and was told that he couldn't refund the breadsticks, but could refund the price of the two-liter soda we got. When my fiance asked about the order from two days ago, the guy on the phone told my fiance that no previous transactions could be looked up, that he could only see "here and now." He then said "to be frank with you, there's no way I can see the order, and there's no way that you can be refunded." When my fiance simply asked if there was anyone else there that could do it, he hung up on my fiance. My fiance called back, and the same person answered the phone and immediately told him that there's nothing he can do, even though my fiance was trying to talk to him. My fiance asked for this trashy individual's name, and was given John Annuel Smith (which sounds faker than when he said he was the general manager). The guy proceeded to antagonize my fiance before telling him that nothing was going to be done and that he needed to stop calling. That is disrespectful, unacceptable behavior. I can't speak for my fiance, but refund or no, I'm not ordering from this store again. A complaint is also being filed with Pizza Hut Corporate directly. Oh, by the way, because there was a hair on tonight's breadsticks, I'll be sending a message over to Washington County as it sounds like the store needs...
Read moreHeres the double cheesy crust pizza that was a replacement for an entire different order that they messed up twice. I called at 9 p.m. and I ordered told him that I would be there at 10 to pick it up. At 9:45 I showed him to the restaurant and she began to explain my pizza had a few more minutes. After about 15 minutes she explain a bubble had formed and that the pizza touch the top of the oven is that it was ruined and I would have to wait 15 minutes for replacement. She showed me the pizza at which point I explain I did not want it for free and that I did want her to remake it also explained that had tomato sauce sandwich I specifically ordered white sauce because I'm allergic to tomatoes. I left the restaurant to smoke a cigarette because I've been there for 40-plus minutes after calling an hour ahead. After about 15 minutes I came back into the restaurant it was explained to me that the lid came off of the oregano container and Spilled across the pizza. At 10:10 one person appeared besides the only girl that was helping me the entire time I was there. This os beyond ridiculous. I tried to be cognizant of the fact that there was only one person working so to extend an olive branch out of my dismay I told the worker but I appreciate the fact that she was the only person working and that I knew she was trying hard...she then responded by saying well hey it's just a job right? Save your time money and energy because in my experience even when replacing something they're not going to be able to get a correct delivery or carryout! And for the record this is not a stuffed crust pizza there's additional cheese in front of the crust on top...
Read moreThey did almost everything 100% right! I was able to walk into the clean lobby, be greeted in a reasonable amount of time, asked for my order, then checked on because I was taking too long, and thanked when I walked out the door. I was even allowed to use the bathroom without being given an attitude, like so many places do now-a-days. Just for clarity, the bathroom was reasonably clean.
They missed the mark by: the lady who greeted me and took care of me so well... after I had been there several minutes and asked if the bathroom had a code... she said she would unlock it... and then went in and used the facilities!
They missed the mark by: I ordered a PPP & fries bundle deal, the pizza having the garlic white sauce, chicken, bacon, and cheese. The app has a way to modify the amount of the sauce; unfortunately, not when bundling it in the special deal. So then I received a pizza whose sauce was too heavy and the toppings just gathered in the middle of the pizza, waiting to fall back into the box upon the attempt to pick up the slice. The absolute cheese to this pizza was that the crust was cooked through - barely. The end result being a not quite doughy, but certainly not crispy crust, with a yummy cheese sauce and a woeful looking pile of toppings left forgotten in the middle of the box.
The two fries were really good! Too bad I didn't see the ketchup packets in there until I was wadding them up to toss them back into the box. I then attempted to salvage them by using the ketchup; but the crisp freshness had been lost in the twist and crush of...
