Accepted my Uber order at 10pm (they close at 12). They shut down the certain flavors in the ice cream machine. Made one of the Uber driver call me so they can say they don't have chocolate. Which is fine but then apparently shut down vanilla next without telling her so then she has to message me again.I don't understand why they accepted the order if they weren't able to make what I ordered. And she was not my only Uber driver for that order there was one before that drove all the way there then dropped and I'm guessing they told them that they would have to call me and they were like this is not worth my time which is fair... And now I am sitting here still with no food and frustrated at 11pm. I feel that there were much better ways that the employees could have handled this. Also don't understand why they are basically closing up shop when it's an entire 1h and a half before closing. Hope my food is not cold on top of it all!

Read moreWhoever operates this specific Wendy's franchise or runs, it decided to close the inside in lobby down for three months. This means that everybody including delivery drivers can only use the drive-through.
As of the time of this review, there are no pick up windows or anything else. So that means that if there is a really long line of cars, delivery drivers literally need to sit and wait in that line, regardless if the order is ready or not.
So, that means if someone orders from here and the food is ready and there's a long line, they are out of luck because the manger has said drivers have to wait in line.
Whoever made this decision is doing a diss-service to its customers driver and employees. This is a horrendous, decision or lack of decision to have no back up plan on how to quickly fulfill orders and get them on their way.
I hope that if people use any delivery service and are reading this review to not order from here while they are remodeling . And management was rude about this...
Read moreThe man in the drivethru taking orders was verbally rude towards staff when i pulled upto the window. then said go back the the 1st window. when i pulled to the first window nobody was there. so i did back up and told the person taking the money that the prior person was rude in the way he was speaking to me. Then that person starting giving me attitude. and asked if i wanted a receipt i said no then he asked if i needed anything else i so only my change. as i was pulling away he called me a "pendajo". which i am white but i do understand spanish so i knew exactly what he said. when i pulled to the second window i told Jose he was rude and that the cashier called mea pendajo. He said sorry very sarcastically. as a whole customer service has gone down hill. i wont be frequenting this establishment until they can hire some compatent people who understand the value of customer service.
