Cuco's Pizza Plaza Restaurant — Restaurant in Hilltown Township

I stopped in this establishment last night to pick up a menu for home. The lady I spoke was nice and friendly. Customer eat-in areas appeared maintained. I have no opinion on food as I hadn’t ordered anything, just getting a menu for another night. The reason I gave this 2 stars, is because when the lady handed me the menu, she said our pricing is ‘way different’, I threw the menu out it’s useless to a potential customer. In my opinion, if your pricing use at different you need to print current menus and pricing. So today, I go online to check this establishment out. To order for delivery, there’s a 2.99 charge for f delivery, in addition to a 5% online convenience fee. I’m sorry to say, the likelihood I’ll try this establishment is minimal, at best. If you can’t have proper pricing for me to see and then want to charge all sorts of fees in addition, it really just turned me off as perspective customer. That’s just me tho! Pizza Plaza is an awesome little hole-in-the-wall style pizza joint. It’s located right off 309 in Souderton and extremely easy to get to.

The Owner and his whole family are all incredibly kind and well mannered people. They’re always smiling, friendly, and full of positive energy. They alone make visiting worth it.

In addition to the family who run the restaurant, the food itself is also very very good and reasonably priced! Their garlic knots are awesome and they’re always happy to load mine up heavy with garlic and oil like I prefer. My Father and Brother have had several of their pasta dishes and were quite pleased. I’ve tried a few of their sandwiches, chicken fingers, and their Mexican food, all of which were great!

Whether you visit in person or order for delivery, everything is always made fresh and gets to you quickly while it’s still hot.

If you ordered a pizza from Pizza Plaza of Souderton at 11:34 on Sunday, don’t expect it u til after the driver starts delivering at 1! I even called an hour after ordering and was advised it should be there soon. 25 minutes later it was delivered. This is when the delivery man told me that he doesn’t start until 1! Why wouldn’t they let you know when you placed the order? I called and complained about the time it took and the pizza being cold and experienced the worst customer service!
