Here at this location as I write this review. Had I looked at the other reviews first, maybe I wouldn't be here at the moment. For starters, I arrived to pick up my order and a sign on the register says no change for $100 bills, which is exactly what I had in my pocket. Seems that if that was their current situation, they would notify all guests ordering takeout PRIOR to their arriving for pickup. This way the customer can arrive prepared. To me, this is CUSTOMER SERVICE. But obviously here, it is not. I was offered a lukewarm apology and not with any concern that I had to leave to obtain change....BUT THEN, as I returned to finally pay for my pizzas, I opened one box to see half of the crust had been burnt. So, I'm a normally patient person, and I was tonight. However, if you are going to be unprepared to receive my monetary payment, are going to not notify me as to the issue prior to my arrival, are going to require me to obtain my own correct currency as a customer and then you are going to reward my work with burnt pizza, then you are egregiously unaware of how to provide correct customer service to your customer base.....now let's go see if they offer any correction to my currently one hour pickup pizza nightmare.
So the follow to part one of this review. I go in and thankfully the recooked pizza was done correctly. However, I'm then asked to pay and am quoted the full price. Now, not that I expected a discount, but I did verbally broach the subject that after having burnt my pizza, having made me leave and return with change that you as a business were not prepared to take care of for your guests, and having now been an hour into what was supposed to be a five minute process, I am now also expected to pay the full price. The person at the counter, who was actually the bright spot in the entire matter, was very kind and said that I should speak with the manager. When they pointed out who the manager was, it was the first individual I had encountered and he would not even turn around to look at me, continuing to make pizzas and completely ignoring the conversation that was taking place a mere few feet away from where she was standing. Obviously she had determined that she was no longer invested in dealing with my individual situation any longer...
..and to top it off, my second pizza (Pineapple, Banana Peppers, Grilled Chicken), you guessed it. It was made wrong as well, someone having also added Pepperoni into the mix. Really?!?
I cannot say that I will never return to this Domino's location again; it's the only one on the island. I can say that I will not expect good customer service if I do order again. It's obviously something that the manager there does not see as important to...

He said 45 minutes to 1 hour. At 8:30 pm I called back and the same guy said they had lost my order and would remake it immediately and it would arrive in another 45 min to 1 hour. At 9:30 I called back and was told by a girl that answered the phone that my pizza was there still and I could come pick it up if I wanted to. I informed her I was traveling for work, staying at a hotel and had no transportation. That is why I needed delivery. I said you are 1.7 miles away from me in the same plantation - how did the driver not find me. She didn't know - she wasn't from the island she was just there filling in for the night. She spoke to the manager who offered me free breadsticks and delivery within 45 minutes. At 10:20 I called back and same girl answered said the guy should be there he left 20 minutes ago. (did I mention I was 1.7 miles away) put me on hold to call driver - came back and said he will be there any minute now. My manager said you can have the pizza for free. At 10:35 I called back and got the manager and said I've been waiting for a pizza for 3 hours. He said I'm giving it to you for free. I asked him if he could call the driver and give him my number and I would go outside and flag him down if he was lost. He told me his driver didn't have a phone. I said you're telling me in 2017 a person doesn't have a cell phone and they are a delivery person? So either he was lying to me or the lady that answered the time before lied to me about contacting the driver. At 11:50 pm the delivery came. It was the wrong pizza. The only thing they did to correct the situation was to not charge me. I don't know how they are still in business after reading all the reviews. Headquarters needs to shut...

The gentlemen who took the phone order was warned before hand of the size of the order , he never sounded overwhelmed or annoyed (we placed the order within two hours of closing time) and he repeated the order back correctly the first time like a champ. šŖš»
When we arrived for pickup there were only two workers in the store. They both greeted us with big smiles on their face and shouted welcome to Dominos as we walked inside.
The gentleman informed me our order had not been made yet and apologized, he explained they had many BIG orders like ours come in tonight and things were running behind. I told him no problem and sat in the car to wait.
As I watched through the big glass windows, I must have seen that young man answer the phone 10 times taking more orders. With every order that came in the smiles on his face along with his co-worker (a very nice young woman) grew.
The two busted through orders as quickly as possible. It took them a hour longer than expected to get our order finished but we didnāt mind to wait. The good attitudes, and obvious hard work the two showcased made up for the time.
Once our order was complete the young man gave us a few.... š š š extra pizzas from a order that had been canceled but already made as a way to say sorry for the long wait free of charge. He also made sure we had plenty of sauces and again thanked us for our patience.
He also helped us carry out our pizza to our car! ANNNNDDD our original order (which I didnāt check while at the store was 100% accurate!!!)
The customer service we received tonight from this Dominos was amazing. If anyone is ever in Hilton Head SC , I 100% recommend ordering pizza from them. We have so much pizza left over itās crazy š but thanks for the extra pizza...
