Frosty's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Hilton Head Island

This place has good ice cream! I would love to go back. I had lemon bar- delicious. My sister had a lower sugar ice cream that she really liked. The line wasn't bad. In my opinion the workers were not efficient. Very nice but a little disorganized. Maybe someone was new. I couldn't get two scoops with a small then when I asked for a sugar cone they said they can't do two scoops on a cone:( She did put a cone on top of my ice cream in a cup. I recommend the business put a description of the ice cream online. It is on the window of the cooler but you can't see it with people standing in line. If we can read what's in the ice cream in advance the line would go faster. Even with that said, I will definitely go back. Excellent ice cream! Oh, as for the reviews about price, it is pricey but not in comparison to other ice cream places in tourist areas. Many have Hershey's, this ice cream is much better than Hershey's. We keep our boat at Shelter Cove and have since last year Nov 23. We live 45 mins north of Charlotte NC and every time we come to our boat we can hardly wait to get to Frosty’s Ice cream shop!!! We have lived all over the country and we are ice cream lovers!! We have NEVER had ice cream as delicious as their ice cream!! And their dark chocolate caramel fudge is the best we have ever eaten!!! And on too of that their shop is excellent when it comes to cleanliness and the couple that own it are the Very Best … so nice and friendly!! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!! During our stroll around Shelter Cove we came upon the cutest little place... Frosty's. Upon entering we were greeted by a very jovial man we assume was the owner. While we were choosing which of the delicious looking fudge flavor creations to purchase, the owner told us a harrowing tale at sea that he experienced. Such a charming place to visit. As it was the last day of our visit on the island, this gentleman made our experience at Frosty's a rich highlight not soon to be forgotten.
