McDonald's — Restaurant in Hinesville

Since the remodel this place is a joke...I went around 9:45 to get a Happy Meal, Fries, and Shake. The person behind the counter was too busy flirting to either notice me waiting or to do her job. Thankfully another employee came up and asked them to move so I could place my order. After doing so I noticed a couple who not only had been there longer than me, but had received less than satisfactory food and was waiting on replacements. My shake was pretty much liquid which the only employee who cared asked me what happened to it. When she went to her manager he told her that's how they are now. He's definitely not up to par on customer service and I genuinely feel bad for the one employee who's trying to do her job. She turned and asked if I wanted whip cream on it to at least try to make it right since her superiors have given up or don't care. After waiting an absurd amount of time for my food I made sure to check it before leaving because I wasn't going to give my son undercooked food. Seriously. It's a McDonald's, not a 4 star restaurant. You need to hire a team who actually know what they're doing and will actually do it. I wish I knew the ones girls name because she was awesome. Today, I went to go do a DoorDash. There were other dashers waiting on their mobile orders. One lady asked the manager what her order was waiting on specifically and the manager said “A drink”. While the dasher was waiting 30+ minutes to get her mobile order the food was getting cold because it was waiting on a drink. The manager started being rude, mean and nasty. Because the dasher asked if there was anyway that she could get the drink. The manager yelled at the dasher saying things such as, “Do you want the order or not”. I’m not to sure what the manager name was but she was highly unprofessional. She was very rude as well. She did not wear a name tag so there was no way for me and the other dashers to know her name. But I am highly disappointed. There is no reason to talk to anybody as if they are less than human. There needs to be some form of new management because this experience was completely horrible and I do hope the dasher called the next person in charge over that manager because I...

I usually have a really good experience at this mcdonalds. But this afternoon was not the case. This is the only one we come to, because usually its the best. I guess the lady in the teal button up is a manager, but she doesn't act like it. Rude when i asked for a sauce and its literally never been a problem, but when my husband went up there and asked for his sauce she didnt give him the same issue. Just told him how bad her feet hurt. And she continued telling everyone she talked to her feet hurt. Im pregnant my everything hurts, doesn't give me the excuse to treat people rudely. Wont be back if i see her in here.
