If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I arrived to the store, went to the door to pick it up because there is no curbside pickup for the store and the door was locked. Someone finally comes to open and I go in to get my order that should have been ready. The manager at the front proceeds to tell me that she has no record of my order. We go back and forth and I show her my receipt. She then tells me that she has no chicken sandwiches and I need to request a refund. I just paid $60 for food to be told I needed to request a refund on the website and there was nothing she could do. I tell her to give me the rest of the order and I would like to speak with a manager about this and that’s when she tells me she is the manager and there’s nothing for her to do. So as I’m waiting on the rest of my food, I’m watching the young lady fix my order with NO gloves, sniffing nose and wiping her nose with the back of her hand as she’s putting the mashed potatoes from another styrofoam container into my containers. Again, no gloves! If I could upload the video I recorded of her doing this, I would! All of the sides were in open styrofoam containers that were sitting around on the counter. The was completely unacceptable and unsanitary. As she’s preparing the order, she tells me there are no green beans & no more chicken tenders for my order. They literally had NOTHING. I also ordered a watermelon tea and was told they didn’t have that either. The service was an F, the food received is cold and inedible. I’m completely disgusted in the service, the quality of the food & how this entire situation was handled. I did not leave the store until 9:32pm when I was suppose to get food and...
Read moreUnderstand that Sunday is a busy day for all restaurants in Hiram, but frustrating to say the least at Bojangles. First, fix your parking lot, I honestly have not hit holes that deep in most of Georgia and the one about ripped my right front wheel off the truck and the rest or the trip was not much better. It is a business, just get it fixed. Next, the gal could not get my order right to save her soul, and once she finally got it, she had to come back and tell me that the pieces of chicken that I wanted would not be done for about 15 minutes. Folks, you yourselves chart out your business on the web site, make enough food to get it right. You should not be out of anything at your peak business time, period. Next, after waiting for roughly 15 minutes during the process, I get to the window, pay, wait get my order and no drink. I had to remind the girl at the window for the drink and then she gives it an it is sweet Vs unsweet tea. Damn that is aggravating and it just gets worse. Get the order home and I am short the two coleslaw sides that were on the ticket. A complete screw up, start to finish. So lets recap, a vehicle destroying parking lot, an amazing out of chicken response, the forgotten drink, the wrong drink and then the missed sides.
The week before, at about the exact same time I came in to drive up, tried to place an order and was told to drive around only to be told that the computer was down and they could not take my order. If this was my business, a customer would not get away without something, a cash order only or something. Very poor training and more. Too bad too because the food is...
Read moreMe and my daughter went to this Bojangles last Saturday to get some chicken and biscuits for dinner. We ordered a 12 piece box of chicken at the speaker and wanted 6 extra wings and 2 extra biscuits. We were told we would have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for the chicken. Before when we had to wait it was 20 minutes we said we would then waited in the line at the drive through since the dining room has been closed for a long time. It took 20 minutes to get to the window then we were told we would have to wait 30 to 45 minutes on the chicken. They said they didn't have any dark meat and the guy would have to marinate the chicken first? It seems to me the chicken should have been marinating while we were in line. So at this point we couldn't wait and we took the 12 piece all white meat. They gave us the extra biscuits but not the extra wings I asked for which I didn't realize until I pulled away from the window. At this point we were so frustrated we just left. I realize they may be short on help but if you can't keep the chicken cooked in your chicken restaurant maybe they need managers in there working. I hate to see it shut down and people lose their jobs. They don't make enough as it is. If Bojangles paid them enough money maybe you would have enough people to actually have the food ready. As far as the service went it was good. They did the...
