Update:
Thanks Kayleigh for your response. If I would have changed my mind and gave them another chance, one of the managers, Carol Diamond just ensured that’ll never/EVER happen. I went back to get the replacement sandwich and ordered a bag of chips as well. When I arrived, the cashier said that’ll be $1.71 for the chips. I told the cashier I shouldn’t have to pay for the chips because they were the ones that messed up my sandwich (that I returned along with the receipt). She said “We messed up your sandwich”. I replied “I used my gas to come back up here.” She said “I’ll get my manager”. Carol came to the window and said the same thing the cashier said and she added.. “You ate the chips you ordered”...which was true. I was hungry! Obviously I didn’t eat the sandwich because she had that in her hand. I repeated myself to her about my gas. She said (in a very offensive tone and with an attitude) “Fine, I’ll give you the chips! What kind do you want”? She then gave me the chips, never apologizing but instead she slammed the window shut in my face. (If she deny it. I’m sure you have cameras. Pull the video 2/2/18 @ 1:24pm.
My father own 13 McDonalds. He would never tolerate that type of behavior from a MOD.

This location need to change their policy when THEY get an order wrong. THEY got my sandwich wrong but I didn't notice it until I got home. I called back and spoke with the manager who advised me when I came back that I needed to bring the sandwich with the receipt in order for them to replace it. If I did not bring the sandwich, then it would be 50% off of the purchase if I brought the receipt. After they replace it, they won’t get any more of...
Read moreI placed a simple order: a medium turkey sub on white, fully involved with no onions, extra spicy mustard, and vinegar. What I received was not only incorrect but completely unacceptable.
The first sandwich had burnt bread (so dark I initially thought it was wheat) and was loaded with onions, which I had specifically asked to leave off. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, a young lady behind the counter pulled the onions off and handed the sandwich back to me without asking if that was okay. That response was careless. People often omit ingredients for allergy or preference reasons, and tossing something back without checking is not only unprofessional—it can be unsafe.
After I gave a look of confusion, someone identified as the manager told them to just remake the sandwich. I appreciated that gesture, but unfortunately, the second attempt was no better. When I got home and finally opened it, it was dry and flavorless no sauce at all, just meat, lettuce, cheese, and an overwhelming amount of green peppers.
When I called back, I was told I’d have to return in person for a refund. At this point, I honestly didn’t feel comfortable going back. The staff seemed disengaged and careless, especially one young lady whose attitude made me uneasy about her preparing my food.
I’ve been a fan of Firehouse Subs, but this visit was a complete letdown. I won’t be returning to the Hiram location and honestly, this experience may be my last with...
Read moreTook my family to the firehouse in hiram ga and was not at all please with the overall customer service or the meal! Had 8 employees standing around and looking at us while the one employee that was working was called over to take our order. We then ordered and waited for our meals to come out ... which took about 15 min or so . Then after we ordered had to go up and ask for our drinks that they had no intentions on giving us . I had my 5 year old daughter with me and we ordered her the kids ham and provolone. This is by far the worst kids meal I have ever seen ... it's beyond pathetic . It was literally the smallest sub i have ever seen with just a little bit of ham a piece of melted cheese and bread that's it !!! The rice krispy was as well pathetic , probably one of those 25 cent ones you can get anywhere . The meal was horrible and over all experience was terrible. My daughter struggled to try and eat the " disgusting" sandwich . She repeated this as she took a couple of bites trying to at least eat . Thank you for the worst experience I have ever had taking my family out firehouse , we will stick...
