IHOP — Restaurant in Georgia

First time I came here was great- we went for breakfast service, and honestly everything was perfect, they were slammed so I told our waiter to let the manager know that everything was amazing. The second time we went for dinner (a late dinner) and everything was horrible, I ordered a burger and my husband the strawberry pancakes and it was all so over cooked. Then we went for brunch and I ordered the burger- it was so greasy the bun felt like it soaked in water before coming to the table. I asked for a new bun, which I received - but it was everything for our 5 person table(our waitress was amazing and accommodating, and wayyy too busy with no help even though the other waitresses were all helping other sections) we had 5 people and we were seated at a table for 4 (booth on one side) and I asked to be moved the next table (which was empty and before sitting down) and the hostess said it was unavailable- it was empty for a good 10 minutes before she sat a family of 5 there ( 2 adults with 3 small children; which I felt could’ve been accompanied better at a 4 person table and a high chair then 5 adults, but what do I know about seating arrangements) - I got our check and honestly after I couldn’t eat half the food and just over all how we were treated; I did talk to a manager and she did comp our meal, which I left what we would have paid as tip- it wasn’t about not paying it was just principal. I’ll give them one more chance and let you know, but the wait staff and the managers are the only reason why I would go back to this ihop,...

So I pulled up There where no cars in the parking lot. So I thought they were closed but the The waiter and the cook and I. Guess the dishwasher lol was outside smoking cigarettes so I went in to get some pancakes. Some French fries, some cheese sticks. Which I eat them all together With syrup. I'm a bit weird like that. Sometimes Well, food came. A hair on my pancakes. noticedI put butter on them before I noticed the hair. The butter was hard, so when I was pressing it down. My pancakes ripped in certain spots that I (noticed on every layer So I called a waiter, tell her that there's hair in my pancakes She gets a discuss face and takes the plate. She brings back my pancakes. I'm thinking it was a fresh batch. Well, I go to put my butter on just like I did on the first pancakes that I received. I notice the indentations and rips from the butter that I put on my first pancakes. And they were shiny like they were already buttered now I'm noticing. These were the pancakes that I sent back. I'm thinking you lazy people🤬. With people🤬 in all caps, you know Almost got out of character. But I didn't need my county Police chasing me down, I got the waiter. Total to take the pancakes off the check Cause I'm not paying for this. I was pissed It didn't seem like anybody That was working that day was the manager, so I. Kindly grabbed my stuff and rolled By the way, I do not recommend their pancakes. Pancake batters not fresh, it's refrigerated. So it falls apart. Splits in half and crumbles...

Came in, table was sticky. I had to ask for a wet cloth and napkin to wash the table. Someone who was not our waitress got our drink order. Drinks come 10-15 minutes later and we had to ask for straws...Our actual server arrives. Doesn't introduce herself and takes our orders. We wait...we wait...we wait....we wait. We counted 4 different tables, one with a larger party than ours got their food. We had to ask for a manager...manager comes and goes to the back and within 3 minutes now we have food. It looked old... the butter didnt even melt on my pancakes they were cold and over cooked i might add. My son's fries felt and tasted as if they were reheated. The omelettes my parents ordered looked like it had kitchen scraps of meat on top. The cheese on their omelettes weren't even melted. Again COLD FOOD. Our food had just been sitting their getting cold and they tried to serve it to us for a knocked off price. ARE YOU SERIOUS! Horrible service and not even a sorry. Sorry didn't even come out of anyone's mouth!!! I would have still paid full price for the inconvenience had I had hot food that didn't look repulsive. I will never return and I will tell others to STAY AWAY. They could offer me free food and I still wouldn't return. My poor son who is 5 was angry he couldn't eat his food, my diabetic parents whose sugar dropped at the table had to leave and go to a gas station to grab food to stop their sugar from dropping....
