I really hate leaving bad reviews first a foremost. I'm a vegetarian came to this establishment like several times in the past to be able to have options to be able to eat. I ask the manager (John) could I please have a loaded baked potato pizza without the bacon.
Then the attitude came out as if exerting your black shirt and authority of a "manager" you need to learn how to respect and appropriate a request of a paying customers instead of telling me I would have to pay a extra charge for a pizza WITHOUT meat because there was one already on the "bar" with meat... I don't like how I was talked to. I understand that most of the pizzas you serve have meat, but I cam here to be able to options to create my own pizza that's advertised. Not to be argued to and have someone with no people skills try to excerpt his firm of authority onto me and tell me it's my choice to be a vegetarian..
I'm pretty sure I made that choice. However he did come and apologize to me but that was after letting him know I'm taking it to corporate and also leaving a review on Google as well. I can see that other people have had very similar experiences. I will NEVER return to the Hiram location ever. I don't appreciate how I was made to feel for my dietary choices.
You should talk with your "managers" about how to be respect to customer's who are offering respect and asking to be accommodated, instead of trying to intemadate your customers with paying a extra fee.
Vegetarians skip this place there's plenty of other options around than to be treated like I was and other people have reviewed I'll take my money and...
Read moreI love Stevi B's a lot, and this one was no exception. The one I usually go to closed down so after a little drive my girlfriend and I made it. The place is a little small, but I love the setup. As you walk in you a greeted to the cashier, and once you pay the buffet is right there for you to grab whatever you want. I had wanted the BLT pizza, which personally is my favorite and can't recommend enough, so I specially ordered it. It took a while to make, which being that they weren't really busy at the time kinda confused me. However it came fresh out of the oven and was delicious. The place seemed very clean and they always had someone out and about cleaning tables and taking care of dishes. We, however did not have any of our dishes cleared as we were eating which was a bummer, but you don't have to clear your plate when you leave which is nice. The restrooms seemed well kept, but I will say I was only in there for a brief moment so I can't say with confidence they were thoroughly cleaned. They had an arcade which looked rather tiny, but had lots of fun games for young kids to play so I highly recommended it. Overall, Stevi B's is a nice place to get lots of food for a cheap price. It is $7.99 for an adult, which for how much food you get is a nice deal. The food is good, but I wouldn't say it is better than Johnny's, Jet's, or any of the to go pizza places. You get what you pay for essentially, although if you are hungry and need a good filling I think Stevi B's is the place for you.
Okay food for a great price, and to me that's what we should...

Zero Stars 2/1/21 My family and I used to go here at least once a week for the last 10+ years. I was so loyal that some of the employees knew which specialty pizza I was going to order before I even ordered! We decided to have a birthday celebration here earlier this year, since we've witnessed plenty of successful parties in the past. Big mistake. I went over everything with the manager & she confirmed that they will have tables reserved for us. The day of the party I come in & tell the employees up front that I'm here for the party and they have no clue that my party is scheduled for that day. Clearly the manager hadn't communicated with the workers on duty about my arrangements. So a employee does her best to scramble & clean off a few tables in the back. It was a big embarrassing mess. Our party guests were separated all throughout the restaurant. Some of the guests had already paid for their meals, but before that the manager told me that I can pay for everyone at once at the end of the party. So we had to gather everyone that paid & find their receipts so refunds could be issued. One of the newer shift leaders did his best to accommodate our party. The other newer shift leader did his best to avoid me whenever I approached the counter. It pains me that we had such a nerve wrecking experience, and for that we won't be going back ...at least until they get a new...
