Updated review this year: Came in today (Oct 17, 2018 at 11:30am) to give them another try and have lunch. Ordered the 3 taco meal, which was very good, food was much better than last visit.
Place was clean and smelled good. All of the drink station supplies were neat and well supplied, as was the condiment station.
The manager on shift was extremely polite, efficient, and was running a tight shift. Food came out fast and fresh, and service was prompt.
Glad to see them coming up since my last visit. There's a Del Taco about to open next door, I hope this store can keep their customer base loyal.
Raised them up from 3 to 5 stars, and glad to do it.
Review from last year: I hate to have to give this place a 3 because the employees are so polite and professional, but my wife and our son went with me to eat here yesterday and I ordered a steak quesadilla, which was good and also ordered a burrito supreme, and so did my wife, and they tasted horrible. The meat was bland and I think the lettuce was bad, it just tasted really peculiar, both my wife and I both said the same thing about the flavor. My son had 2 hard tacos and said his meat was bland and his lettuce tasted funny.
Since I only took one bite from my burrito I took it back to the counter, and manager was nice enough to offer something else, which I really didn't want but since she offered I just asked for a small hard taco, don't know why, knowing my son didn't like his, but they were nice and gave me 2. Ate one, same problem: meat was bland and lettuce tasted funny.
I would normally give 1 star for bad food but the staff was so polite and professional I decided to give it a 3 star.
Since we have eaten here before and it usually was OK I will update this review on my next visit and hopefully it will be...
Read moreI'm generally a really big fan of taco bell. Their food is always hot and it's extremely consistent, but this location is hands down the worst taco Bell location I have ever been to. Unfortunately it's the closest one to my house. You never know what time they're going to close. I've been there at 1:00 in the afternoon on a weekday to be graded with a sign that says they decided to close early that day. I've been there at 11:00 p.m. when they're supposed to be open till 2:00 a.m. and all of the lights are on and there's a line of cars wrapped around the building and there is no one in the store. Cars just sitting there and driving off and you don't actually realize those cars aren't being serviced until you get to the window and there's no one there. I don't know that they've ever gotten my order right. I've gotten burritos that I immediately opened and were cold meaning these are burritos that were made for someone else, sat on a shelf and then dropped in my bag. The attitude of the people that work here is terrible. They always act like taking my money and giving me food is the biggest inconvenience in the world. I really wish there was a different location closer but Chipotle sure has been getting a lot more of...
Read moreWhere do I begin? The service—lady at the order taker/window operator was extremely sweet, and attentive to the order however my burrito was mistaken for sub beef for rice and I asked for steak—easy miscommunication no biggie. HOWEVER I was handed the wrong order and when I stated so and the window operator tried to fix it this GINGER COOK (acted like manager so either he is or he’s an egotistical stressor at work) tried to argue with me, the operator, and my home girl about this. So the food was given back to him directly and he tried to blame the sweet young woman at the window—and humiliate her in front of customers, super unprofessional!! THE FOOD- after given the correct bag, thanks to the window lady, i was disappointed bc the nacho fries had been clearly old (they were hard and cold) the cheese wasn’t melted bc it was also cold and left out. Then finding out the burrito was wrong was just added disappointment. Honestly the only good part of the order was talking to the lady at the window—as I...
