Waffle House — Restaurant in Hiram

If I didn't have to give it a star, I wouldn't. There was an entire section of tables that hadn't been bussed, and the staff had a table blocking off that section. We were in town for an event and asked the staff if we could bus the tables for them, because we had a large number of people coming. We were told no, because they didn't want the traffic. We waited until others left and a few of us sat down at the bar, but the staff refused to acknowledge any of us. The cook just kept slamming the food down on the plates and slamming then to the side. The waitresses were huddled at the end of the bar, still ignoring us. The 10 of us got up and left, just in time to tell the other group of ours that were walking in, not to eat here because they'd just be ignored. We went to a different location and received 5 star service, and that location was slammed all night due to the football game, yet they never complained. I'll definitely never come back to this location, not as long as the same staff we had works there!!! You lost A LOT of money that weekend, because we all went back to the other waffle house...

Waffle house is one of my favorite places to eat breakfast. I live in Hiram and won’t ever go back to this one. For starters when I walked in there was an employee eating a breakfast from a fast food restaurant with the bag prominently displayed. That should have tipped me off. The place wasn’t crowded maybe 10-15 customers total.When I placed my order the waiter told the cook I was supposed to get country ham. When my breakfast came there was no ham and I was told it was on the way. A few minutes later the waitress asked if I had gotten it. She then found out the order was never placed. I told them to forget it. The grits I got were dry and had alot of lumps. The jelly on my plate was covered in some kind of black grease that definitely wasn’t from anything I ordered so I believe it came from a prior customer. The waitress was attentive and kept my coffee full and the waiter that took my order was nice and got it correct. Needless to say I will still be a Waffle House Custumer just...

Worst Waffle House experience ever! Of the half of the tables available, half closed due to government restrictions, a third were occupied. The restaurant was not very busy. At least 5 WH employees, 1 cook and 4 servers, were behind the counter. On entering no WH welcome. 10 minutes for a server to come to the table to take our order. Over 30 minutes to receive the food. On being served my over easy eggs were scrambled and the hasbrowns, SSC, were burned. My wife did not get her bacon nor I my sausage. The food was luke warm, we watched it sit at the grill. My waffle came later. I had to ask for butter. On the refill of my unsweet tea I received sweet tea. The server was curt and disrespectful. Not the pre-pandemic Waffle House I am used to, we will have to reconsider going back. This is the Hiram...
