Rockin Taco — Restaurant in Hobbs

I was expecting authentic birria tacos with the consomé, but instead, I received “birria quesadillas.” if you know the difference you will agree with me. When i got my order of “tacos” I didn’t expect it to have melted cheese in them. Basically they gave me a quesadilla with a little bit of meat. It’s a shame. How can they say they sell birria tacos with consomé? When The “consome” was so runny that it was just like a soup. They can fool people who don’t know much about Mexican food, but come on, it’s definitely not close to a Mexican cuisine at all. It’s a dishonor to sell something like this it wasn’t worth $16...

Been here about a dozen times now. It's becoming one of our go to spots for a night out. It's got some amazing tacos and the tortas are also incredible. I'd really recommend the brisket and the barbacoa but I've tried lots of the others and honestly I don't think they have a bad taco in the place lol.
