Notably too, recognizing Brandon, the biggest heart I have ever seen!!!!!!!! He can be multi taking but never misses a beat to look up and around watching over his team and greeting his customers, all with the most genuine smile!!!!!!! Always asking what do you need, what can I get for you, what can I do for you...never placing himself above anyone else especially his customers!!!!!!! Brandon is incredibly generous across the board and it is very rare to see and how fortunate we are to know him!!!!!!! Brandon, I cannot express in words how incredibly grateful we are!!!!!!!

Andy, is so very sweet and kind...quiet, however you wouldn't even know how dedicated he is...he follows Damon impeccably and is a leading leader in his own right!  He is so very happy each and every time I see him...no matter what is going on and always delivers!!!

When I first met Manny, I could only see his eyes because of his mask, however, just seeing his eyes was more than enough because I saw him smiling with his eyes! He too, as every other leader, is on the go, with a sense of urgency, he is here, there and everywhere!

There aren't enough words to say about Amber...warm, caring, kind, thoughtful, graceful, genuine...the list goes on and on...her presence is noticed immediately and she can turn a frown upside down in a heartbeat, makes you feel like family and moves around effortlessly, gliding across the floor like a beautiful ballerina!!!!!!!

Ivory, you follow Amber's lead in graciousness but are special in your own right! We appreciate you!!

I am writing to formally complain about an incident of discrimination I experienced on 7/11/24 at your Shake Shack location while working as an Uber Eats delivery driver.

On this date, I entered your establishment to pick up an order and requested to use the restroom facilities. Despite being a customer through my role as a delivery driver, I was refused access to the restroom. I felt this denial was discriminatory, as other patrons were allowed to use the facilities without issue. Such treatment is both unfair and against the principles of equality and respect that your company promotes. As a delivery driver, I am an essential part of the service chain, ensuring that your food reaches customers in a timely and efficient manner. Denying me access to basic facilities not only hinders my ability to perform my job but also subjects me to unnecessary indignity.

I request that you address this matter promptly. I would like to know the steps Shake Shack will take to ensure that all individuals, regardless of their role or employment status, are treated with the same respect and given equal access to facilities in the future.

Finally tried this Hoboken location one Wednesday afternoon. We ordered for pickup via the app, and the estimated wait time was pretty accurate, more or less. We did the BOGO single shack deal for the holidays, the truffle burger, and truffle fries since the truffle items were a limited time offer. The truffle burger had a nice flavor and actually tasted like real truffle and not fruffle (the fake truffle taste you find in some Trader Joe's items). But I think I still prefer a regular shack burger. There was just too much going on in the truffle burger. My husband and I split this and I'm glad we did because I think it would have been too heavy for me to eat by myself. For the truffle fries, these were just parmesan fries and I believe they were supposed to come with a truffle dip - at least that's what I've seen in the ads. I didn't realize it was missing until we got home and I wasn't about to walk all the way back there, so that was probably my only gripe.

I'm glad this location opened up so that I can now satisfy my Shake Shack cravings without driving anywhere or going out to the city. I'm actually surprised I've only been here...
